I initially believed I had reserved a hostel, but I found myself in a hotel accommodation instead. The location is ideal, just a 7-minute walk to the Vatican and close to the metro. The atmosphere is peaceful and secure, with nearby restaurants. Overall, our stay was enjoyable, particularly appreciating their picturesque balcony perfect for Instagram. The staff were welcoming and efficient.

Perfect place to stay in Rome! The neighbourhood is full of restaurants, but you can't hear the bustle from the street. It is also easy to walk to the metro to get to the tourist places you need. We chose to start our exploration of the city at the Vatican and easily reached the Colosseum on foot. We simply took the metro back to apartment. Also, the staff are very easy to communicate with Highly recommend!

Really enjoy the location, the comfortable bed and the room is really cute as well. Also the AC worked really well and we enjoyed that too.

The Wi-Fi would not connect to our phones or Mac in our room at all for some reason. And then also about at 9 AM we got a knock on the door and he said reminder that the check out was at 10:30 but I knew the check out was at 10:30 so it kind of woke me up, I was a little frustrated with that to be honest.

Very friendly reception at check-in. Lots of advice and many tips for our visit, including a helpful city map. Rooms were comfortable, and clean with modern bathroom fixtures. Comfortable bed. Somewhat soft but not uneven and contoured nicely to the body. Room had good, warm interior lighting and the overall ambiance was quite pleasant and inviting. Plenty of closet space. Was quiet during the night as rooms had a window to an interior roofed corridor. Location is fantastic! Fairly quiet and pleasant neighborhood with quite grand architecture. About a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro. Good selection of restaurants (among some not so good, as usual). 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. Summary: a very pleasant refugium in an excellent location in Rome. We can recommend this guest house.

Room was not brightly lit from sunlight through the window (see above). Potentially some minimal noise from reception area and courtyard/corridor after about 8.30-9:00 a.m. in spite of noise control measures (staff reminders to close the doors quietly). Didn't affect our sleep at all, so not a big issue for us.

Location was convenient, close to metro, Vatican, restaurants and shops. Security to the entrance of property is excellent .

Not having a lobby open at all times like on a regular hotel. The patio had a little table outside but it was cold to use it to eat.

Great location , with Vatican just 5 minutes walk away, plenty of nice shops and restaurants nearby and close enough to walk into central Rome in 20 minutes or so. Very nice receptionist , very helpful .

Walls very thin so could hear the neighbours very clearly, and arguing loudly in the middle of the night, enough to wake me up. Shower cubicle very small and the shower handle annoyingly in the middle so kept bumping into it while showering (why do people put it there?) A bit stingy on the towels as they said although we arrived Friday and were leaving Monday we could not get a change of towel. In the end just demanded one anyway as it was soaking wet.

Pleasant, comfy rooms in a great location. Staff were amazing, very helpful - allowed early check-in when we arrived early, provided umbrellas when it rained heavily and luggage storage before we left.

Nowhere to hang wet clothes when we got soaked during the rain as the room was quite small

Walls of rooms were a little thin so could sometimes hear other guests, but not major. Would stay again.

No water to shower on the day we were leaving, this was soon sorted by waiting for 30 mins, and a late checkout.

The hotel was walking distance to all tourists places, coffee shops and other facilities, Chris was very helpful and friendly, the room was clean and tidy , we will definitely be back at the same place.
