Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and nice, plus they were always easy to reach whenever I needed them. The room was beyond enough for one person, and I especially loved the cute interior and the little window. Nice room cleaning service, but they change the towel only once every two days. Very good location near the Vatican, and it was in a residential area so wasn't really that crowded or noisy at all. There was also a lot of cute local cafes nearby that were perfect for breakfast! Overall the room was so nice that I was happy to come back to it after a long day of traveling around. Would definitely book this place again if I'm to visit Rome again.

I had a little trouble with the keys.. they were a bit difficult to use. But the staff were very considerate when I asked them how to use it! They even came by to show me how. Otherwise there are no complaints!

Fantastic location - within easy walking distance to the Vatican, shopping areas, plenty of food and supermarket options. Good connections to other parts of the town by bus (stops are a 5 mins walk). The neighbourhood itself is very pleasant. Host was very hospitable and friendly, also very responsive, thanks for your hospitality! Amenities, cleanliness etc up to expectation. Overall a great stay

Soundproofing could be better, I could hear sounds from other bathrooms occasionally. Water heater is a bit wonky but it didn't bother me much. The door lock is hard to use! Struggled a few times

I have traveled a lot, but I can honestly say this was one of the most outstanding stays I’ve ever had. The host was exceptionally kind, the room was spotlessly clean, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was the ideal place to experience the local neighborhood vibe. Even the people I met in the building were friendly and welcoming, which made the whole stay feel even warmer. Thanks to this wonderful stay, my mom was also able to enjoy and complete her trip happily. I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay—definitely one of the best experiences we've had in Rome! We will definitely be booking again. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and everything was handled so smoothly from start to finish. The airport transfer was seamless. Even though we arrived late, our driver greeted us with a warm smile, which instantly put us at ease. On our departure day, he picked us up at 3 AM on the dot—punctual and professional. A solid 10/10! The hotel's location was perfect—within walking distance to all the major attractions, which made exploring the city super easy. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean—just what we needed after long days out. Highly recommended!

Here’s a short, positive review tailored to a stay in a room in Rome, Italy: My stay in Rome was unforgettable, thanks to the lovely room I called home for a few days. Tucked away in the heart of the city, it was a perfect blend of comfort and charm, with classic Roman touches like tiled floors and a wrought overlooking a bustling street. The bed was cozy, the space spotlessly clean, and the host’s hospitality made me feel so welcome—complete with tips for the best nearby trattorias. Just steps from iconic sights like the Colosseum, it was an ideal base for exploring. I’d book it again in a heartbeat!

Recommendation Letter for a Guesthouse in Rome I would like to warmly thank and highly recommend the guesthouse where I stayed during my visit to Rome. The location is perfect – very close to the Vatican and easily accessible by public transportation and to the city center. The room was clean, well-organized, and comfortable – ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and tidy place to stay. The owners were available via WhatsApp for any questions or issues, always responding quickly and kindly.

The room was small but perfectly sufficient for a comfortable night’s sleep

Great location, super close to the Vatican and many nice restaurants just around the corner. We had the apartment which was well equipped for a short stay in Rome. Each room had air-condition and it was also super quite in the night. As others wrote the shower pressure is not great but not a deal breaker. Outstanding is the communication, this is not a hotel but these guys are always available over WhatsApp and always on time. P.S. We booked the transfer for 55€ from and to the Airport, which is also the default fee for Taxis. Worked perfectly.

The staff was easy to deal with (they don't have a manned reception but you can contact them with WhatsApp, which worked fine for us). The AC worked. The room was quiet and comfortable. They provided an extra bed for our kid (we weren't quite clear from the description). Great location near Vatican.

Unusual was that there was no covering of the floor (bare cement), which was cleaned daily but not really ideal cleanliness-wise. I assume this is an interim situation. We were at an alternate property at Via Caltone 21 btw.

The room was clean and spacious. We got a corner room, so we had windows in more than one direction. The hotel is in a residential area and we appreciated to be away from the touristic crowds in the historical center. Vatican is reached by a short walk. The historical center can be reached by a walk , but not a short one. There are metro stations close by, though. We used metro to the Colosseum since it's far away from the hotel.. We were contacted by the staff even before we left for the flight there and they are responding to any question or request on WhatsApp almost instantly. We got good and practical advice and information about things. AC worked well, and so did the shower and other things in the bathroom. Thanks to the good location of the room we managed to visit all the main attractions in Rome in three days.

We were located in a room that was not at the address given in Booking.com. It's not negative that way, and the location was very close to the given address, but it has to be considered in case you book your own transfer. The room we had was for four people but there was not enough mugs and no glasses at all. We advise, to improve the impression of the room, to put glasses and get mugs of the same design. And invest into a new fridge.

Loved location- Room was adorable! And the staff- Wow, I am a seasoned traveler. Been to over 50 countries. I have to say, Edoardo was the most impressive staff member I’ve ever encountered. He wears many hats. He is the GO-TO guy for everything. His attention to detail and making you feel welcome and well cared for is authentic. He is patient, super knowledgeable, stealth in returning WhatsApp messaging. 100 Stars to Edoardo. He is part of the whole experience.

Every thing was great. No complaints!
