Absolutely loved my stay here! The staff were very friendly and nice, plus they were always easy to reach whenever I needed them. The room was beyond enough for one person, and I especially loved the cute interior and the little window. Nice room cleaning service, but they change the towel only once every two days. Very good location near the Vatican, and it was in a residential area so wasn't really that crowded or noisy at all. There was also a lot of cute local cafes nearby that were perfect for breakfast! Overall the room was so nice that I was happy to come back to it after a long day of traveling around. Would definitely book this place again if I'm to visit Rome again.

I had a little trouble with the keys.. they were a bit difficult to use. But the staff were very considerate when I asked them how to use it! They even came by to show me how. Otherwise there are no complaints!

The bed was cozy, the space spotlessly clean, and the host’s hospitality made me feel so welcome—complete with tips for the best nearby trattorias. Just steps from iconic sights like the Colosseum, it was an ideal base for exploring. I’d book it again in a heartbeat!

The room was clean and spacious. We got a corner room, so we had windows in more than one direction. The hotel is in a residential area and we appreciated to be away from the touristic crowds in the historical center. Vatican is reached by a short walk. The historical center can be reached by a walk , but not a short one. There are metro stations close by, though. We used metro to the Colosseum since it's far away from the hotel.. We were contacted by the staff even before we left for the flight there and they are responding to any question or request on WhatsApp almost instantly. We got good and practical advice and information about things. AC worked well, and so did the shower and other things in the bathroom. Thanks to the good location of the room we managed to visit all the main attractions in Rome in three days.

We were located in a room that was not at the address given in Booking.com. It's not negative that way, and the location was very close to the given address, but it has to be considered in case you book your own transfer. The room we had was for four people but there was not enough mugs and no glasses at all. We advise, to improve the impression of the room, to put glasses and get mugs of the same design. And invest into a new fridge.

Anastasia and the guy who assisted us on our 1st day was very helpful and cheerful. She helped us with our luggages, and the guy also (didn’t know his name, find the effort to help us also.) she is very helpful when it comes to the best restaurants and other informations around the city. Rome rooms always there to meet our needs. Whenever I have a small requests, like extra towels, comforters etc., They will reply and do it right away. The housekeepers are all helpful and always smiling. Experiences and services can matched with the other 5 star hotels. They are very easy to talk and happy to give service. I think that experience, is the same experience I get in 5 star hotels. Wondeful experiences can make your vacation perfect!!! There’s no probleam connecting to their free wifi. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are squeaky clean. I had always a goodnight sleep. The rooms are very safe and secured. The location are great, So near to everything. Few steps away fr the metro, The vatican, local nice restaurants, local grocery stores and more.

Rome rooms are not perfect. But the services and experiences will make everything perfect.

5 mins to Vatican museum 10-15 mins to castel santangelo 20-25 mins to tourist basics like trevi, campi di fiori, trastevere, via del corso, spanish steps etc 3-4 mins to ottaviano metro station for linea A. And all BY WALK. You can easily access everything you need, also you don’t even need to access anything cause the neighborhood itself is a cool place to hang around. From airport—-> you can take the SITBUS shuttle and get off the vatican stop. The stop is across the castel santangelo, 10 mins to hotel by walk. You better reserve your seats online for shuttle tho. The room is spacious and clean. They did the maintaining job good. Cristiano is your man, he was very helpful and kind. We didn’t endure any inconveniences thanks to him.

metro is close by bus route close by plenty bikes and scooters to use water pumps on same road to refill water lots of shops nearby can walk to all the locations AC in room ice cold so nice cold room. clean room and perfect for 3 days Spent most of the day & evening out so only slept and refreshed in the room so affordable for location is literally in a great place. can get from terminal on red metro in like 15 mins or bus route in 20 would stay here again as host, location and everything was great supermarket next door. I would highly recommend using the scooters or bikes to get back in the evening it's fun and safe to use.

I love the place, the location and the people. Italy was an amazing place to go to and Rome Room was the best place to stay in . Edwardo started communication with us before I landed in Rome and all the way with Rami from the airport to the owner of the facility made sure that we are taken care of. I did not book for breakfast but I was surprised with a compliment breakfast for me and my kids all my stary. Rome Room is in the middle of all action , super clean and safe neighborhood next to Sant Peter square and metro that takes you to all places. Edwardo the hero let me call him this was responding to me on spot on whatsapp and gave me all the information i need to go and eat.

Michele and Cristiano great guys! Due to airplane problems to Rome I arrived 1 day late and the owner agreed to move my stay for 1 day at no extra cost which is not usually the case in other locations. I arrived at 2am in Rome, Cristiano helped me with the transfer from the airport to the accommodation so after 1 hour I was in bed to sleep. The room was as expected: very good location close to the Vatican fortress (15-20 minutes walk), easy access to 2 metro stations from where you can reach all areas of the city, clean and comfortable bed. Although the street where we had the window was quite lively the noise was not disturbing. The information provided by Cristiano was very helpful, especially in terms of the timetable for the main attractions. The area has many restaurants where you can have lunch or dinner at reasonable prices.

Breakfasts in Italy differ from other areas in other parts of the world: a croissant, coffee and orange juice. I've written down what I didn't like, although it's not related to the place of accommodation, that's how they are used to.

The hosting guys were great, very kind, good comunication. We slept at the room in the different building (which is stated in the offer), locality is perfect, metro station Ottaviano was around the corner, St. Peter’s and Angel Castle nearby. Also a nice small street market was everyday around the corner, but the street was calm at night. Also the windows from the room goes to the backyard, so it was quiet there. We even got an extra breakfast which was in perfect small café 300m from the accomodation and was nice. For the given price unbeatable value!
