All reception managers I met were super helpful and nice. Great thing, that this hotel has night reception manager, so you can have night check in. Great location. Veeery good light isolation - you can sleep in the total darkness. Clean.

There were two things I didn't liked: 1. You don't always have hot water. When I came late at night (because of the flight delay) all I wanted was hot shower. There was no hot water. Next morning it was ok. But the next morning water was just a little bit warm. So you never know when you'll have it hot. 2. Noise isolation was rather bad. I heard someone's wake up alarms, staff talks and so on and woke up every time...not what you want from your sleep on holiday.

We originally booked a small economy room for a 7-night stay, but upon check-in, the incredibly kind reception staff surprised us with an upgrade to a suite with a lovely small yard. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable! The suite was spotless, with daily cleaning that kept everything fresh and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect for us—peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to the vibrant city center, easily reachable via metro. The nearest metro station was just a short 5–7 minute walk away. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. The staff were always responsive and helpful, accommodating our early check-in request two hours before the official time. They also provided invaluable tips about the city, which made exploring much easier. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. If you're looking for a place with great service, a comfortable atmosphere, and convenient location, I wholeheartedly recommend this one!

Everything about the hotel was great, but I would suggest adding more supplies to the kitchen to make it even more convenient for guests who enjoy cooking.

The staff was very helpful. My wife had her passport stolen on the metro and Francis at the front desk helped call the US embassy to arrainge a replacement. The hotel was a short walk to the Metro. Neighborhood was safe and lots of nice shops and cafes. The Vatican is close as are several other Catholic Churches. The room was quiet, very clean. Refrigerator and safe in room. Room is small but could sleep 3. Very good value and I would recommend. The hotel desk is on second floor and a sign in English indicating that would be helpful on arrival.

- The bathroom is one of the tightest i have ever seen -There is no noise insulation at all. You can hear the rooms next to you and outside the room. It seems that smoking is permitted, as a bad smell of smoking permeates the room.

Location was excellent. Close to metro and Vatican. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area and neighbourhood was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and gave us all the info we needed. Ideal place to stay for couples who need a quiet room and good base location.

There was only one curtain and it didn't cover the whole window space so couldn't block out the light in the morning. Cant be mad though as window was big, letting in lots of natural light and could keep the window open for a good breeze. Other than that, everything was clean and functional.

Location was very nice, outside the busy tourist area, close to lots of shops and restaurants in a nice residential area. I also liked the room, I see people wrote it looked ‘dated’, so I expected something old and ugly, but well yeah the wallpaper and style are a bit vintage but it all looked pretty new and well maintained. The airco was very good and I had a nice window view.

It said it would have a mini bar but I didn’t

It is located right next to the Vatican. The staff is very friendly. They try to fulfill all our requests. Instead of the room, they offered us an apartment for the same price, with a kitchen, a bathroom, a large hall, which was terribly comfortable. I can only recommend it to everyone!

It's near the metro station, and you can also quickly jump to the Vatican from there. There is a 24th store just in the next building. The hotel staff are very nice guys. They have given me a better room without of any additional payment, and the room is great for it's value. Also they kept my bags after the checkout because of my late departure. Thanks!

It was a bit tricky to find the place, because it's on the floors inside of the building.

To travel as local in Rome, near Vantican There are severel features of hotel Quiriti made my trip in Rome a quite pleasant and relaxing journey: 1. Convenient location. With Vantican city in 10 minutes walking distance, a midium-large size suppermarket in 1 minute walking distance, and several cafertiria and restarants within 2-7 minutes walking distance, 5-3 minute walking to station (Lepanto or Ottaviano) in Metro A line, we enjoyed a very relaxing journey as local in Rome. 2. The staff was so kind that we got an upgrade to Hotel dei Quiriti Suite, which is in the same building of Hotel Quiriti, and is managed by the same manager. The hotel is surperb pleasant and clean. Facilities are used, not completely new, but quite clean, and function quite well. 3. There is no water accumulated in washing basin or in the showering sowage after using, which is really appreciated. 4. Showering space is large enough for a please showering. 5. There is very professional taxi calling service, with cooperation with itTaxi company. The taxi driver arrived within 3 minutes, and the price was 13 euros to Termini railway station (with 3 luggages, usually 1 euro for 1 piece of luggage) 6. Communication with the manager is fast and straight, and he always thinks for the convenience of travellers. We can leave the luggage there after checking out, and toilet room was nicely offered when we went there again to fetch the luggage. Everything was so nicely considered for travellers, and we still feel free without worrying about our own privacy. Staying in the hotel enlightened our trip in Rome this time. Buona docicia con forza esce il acqua però la maniglia era rota. the location oh the hotel was great as I work near by. I was lucky to have an upgrade, so I loved the new white rooms.

THe room smell a little to humidity and the air conidtioning was not working, and the selling had a problem that had to be fixed
