Very clean and spacious. Was extremely quiet during the night and slept like a baby. The staff is very kind. Nice affordable place within walking distance. Everything worked very well, good hot water, TV, air conditioning. They kept refillinf shampoo when we ran out as my hair is very long. This was very nice of them. They are quick to respond if you need any help. The transit bus is very close for the centre and the bus for the airport. Close to mini markets and resturants, and shopping stores. Vatican is less than 15 min walk. Would recommend to anyone and I would come back here.

The plumbing is not great, so the washroom smelled bad (only washroom, not room), but that is to be expected with sensitive plumbing. The key kept getting stuck in the front gate for me and other residents, non fault of the hotel, just the building. But this did cause delays. If you're not a good walker, the Colloseum is far, but the #87 bus is very close and will take you to all the sites for under 2 Euro.

The location is fantastic! Close to the Vatican and some really great restaurants and pasticcerias! I think it is safe to say that we might be the worst guests the amazing property manager has had in a while, if ever. He SERIOUSLY helped us out in a horrible situation and was kind, understanding and beyond patient. Sadly I didn't have cell coverage once in Italy so we missed the self check in instructions (did I mention we were a nightmare??) until I was able to get into the room for wifi! The room was perfect, comfortable and so welcoming. We will 10000% book again (if they'd have us! LOL) next time we're in Rome.

Located in a nice part of the city 15 min walk to the vatican and 5 min to the metro and also walkable to the city. airport buss was 5 min walk away. Clean place with comfortable bed, fridge and coffee and tea and cold drinks available in the room. Restaurants and shops all over so it was nice to go out to eat locally as we arrived in the evening.

We were a bit upset that no-one was there when we arrived to explain to us some details like how to use the shutter to get the room dark or how the expresso machine works etc. This is not a hotel. It is an apartment with rooms and staff shows up whenever. They left us keys in the mailbox but we did not get the message until after we had tried to call them wondering why no one was there. Luckily we got into the hallway as someone was coming out because the keys were inside the building and the door outside was locked. I dont know who owns the place but they should make their customers feel a bit more welcoming. Our room was on the street side so there was nouse as it is the 1 st floor.

Great position, close to the Vatican, Castel Sant´ Angelo e Piazza del Popolo/Piazza Navona. The staff is super friendly.

The only minus point is that the bathroom is a bit old fashioned, so there is a siphoning noise that keeps going while using the bathroom facilities. Walls and doors are thin, so at times you may hear the other guests.

Very good location in the center of Rome. We could go anywhere in few minutes. Room was big and clean. Free tea and coffee and paid beverages in fridge were available for us.

Private toilet outside room. Long waiting for hot water (but I think it's common in Rome).

Great little space it was nice to be able to come and go as we please. I loved that this was a non touristy area and it made it easy to pick places to eat and know that we were not going to be ripped off or food would be mediocre.

In the room we stayed in it seemed that any time we used the shower the toilet would run and make weird loud noises and then it created an odd smell as well. No other complaints though. Door ways in Rome are definitely not for large people :')

The room was very nice. The staff (Sarabi) was very helpful from the time we reached the place; he even allowed us to keep our luggage there for a while when we had to visit the Vatican during the day. Good, peaceful location, walking distance from the Vatican. Overall a very positive experience!

Nothing really, all was great!

Good access to bus services and metro, I think it’s 5-8 minutes by foot, it’s surrounded by local facilities so we mostly walk. 8 minutes walk from the shuttle bus stop to Fiumicino airport, 7euro/pp. The staff is always available to address your request. They were very nice to help me print off Ryanair boarding pass on Sunday where the majority of local shops is closed. And they were kind enough to let me keep my luggage there on the day of check-out as our flight wasn’t until 9PM. Spacious room and it is serviced everyday from before 10:30AM. My room isn’t en-suite and has to walk outside to access the bathroom, it’s a bit inconvenient but we compromised that for cheaper room (€248/3 nights). The bathroom is very cleaned and towels are changed everyday too.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The location was perfect for us and it was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location of the suites was also quite close to a variety of different restaurants so we had several options of restaurants to choose from for our meals.

nobody was at the reception when leaving the property. we had to leave the key and drink charges under the map on the reception desk. It was written that if breakfast is requested, payment can be made at the property. We asked about this option. We were informed that since we made the reservation excluding breakfast, they could not be helped, and that there were cafes nearby if we wanted to.
