The location is amazing. I volunteered for the Jubilee year of healthcare workers and sick. It’s near the Vatican and tour areas. They leave a kettle and snack on the room to accommodate the missed breakfast. Federika tried to accommodate your request and needs for breakfast. The cleanliness is great- just bring your own lotion and conditioner. They would let you download the what’s app and get constant communication with Federika. I’m satisfied and happy overall with my stay made me feel comfortable and relaxed.

There is breakfast but it’s not a hot breakfast. And there’s only time restriction for breakfast 8-9am. I wish they would let the renters make hot cappuccino so would not only use instant coffee. If you use the car service they arrive punctually but the mode of payment they preferred is cash. When I arrived they let me used card but charged me more and when I go back to the airport they only accepted cash. Even though on the messaged I mentioned card payment only. Thank goodness I have still cash with me. The owner was nice to compensate the offset amount on the day of my arrival charged payment.

Breakfast was delivered to my room Tea and a croissant. The staff were just lovely. Friendly, helpfull and pleasant. The room was clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The bathroom was equally so. The area didn't seem very touristy. Wide streets, beautiful architecture, interesting shops. An easy 20 walk to Piazza Navona and a metro 5 minutes. Good places to eat!

As I am an older person I would have liked a more personal welcome to the room. Technology can be challenging for some of us.

Location is amazing, 10-15min walk from Vatican, bus station just a minute away and metro station 3-4 minutes walk, so it is very easy to reach city center (colosseum, pantheon, fontana di trevi...). Room is a good size, staff is wonderful and very helpfull, specially Federica who was available all the time on whatsapp for any questions and help we needed. Breakfast is excellent. The neighbourhood is very lively, lots of shops, places to eat and drink. Room is very clean. Bed is very comfortable. I would definitely come back!

The shower is a bit small and the shower door stays open for 1cm, the room could use just a little bit of an update, like fresh paint and a few bathroom shelfs to be screwed tighter to the wall...but very minor details, the overall state od the room is very good and very clean.

Its very close to the attractions, very clean, staff are very helpful, very attentive to the visitors needs always willing to help,

Too reliant to technology in term of communication.

The location was fantastic since it was in the center of Rome. Everything of interest was within walking distance. The neighborhood was nice. The landlady/person responsible for our apartment was very kind and super helpful.

The breakfast was OK for a B&B. However, the options were a bit limited. The cleaning lady didn't know English, so the communication was not optimal. She was a bit rude to us (while we couldn't understand what she was saying).

The area around the hotel is very safe and with many food businesses, pharmacies and others. The building and in particular the apartment is super safe. Everything is super clean and above all quiet. For those who like to walk, the Vatican and other attractions can be done without requiring transportation. I really recommend it.

The place was very nice and clean. Big space and very comfortable. The rest of the building is clean and feels like a very safe neighborhood.

Everything was good but if you aren’t fond of walking, you may find some sights will require transportation. But the bnb is located very near the Vatican City which was great.

I enjoyed my stay at this B&B. The rooms are impeccably clean, the location is truly amazing, and Federica is very nice and helpful. One aspect that stood out to me was a convenient self-check-in process, as you do not depend on anybody and can arrive at any time (just make sure watch the detailed video instructions provided by the staff). It was my second time at this B&B, and without a doubt, I will choose it again for my future trips to Rome.

Love the set up of the B&B. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, delivered to the room. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Vatican, and to many of the monuments and churches. Plenty restaurants close by. The staff was very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this place.

The check in was a little confusing. But it turn out good.

Services provided by Federica as well as her attitude and communication was excellent. She provided us with everything that we needed and the breakfast was great. Even on the last day of our stay, when we had to leave really early in the morning, she made sure to leave some things for us to have. The place was clean, easy to check in alone/remotely, and was located near many local restaurants and the Vatican.

Some small details, like the walls having few scratches, chair was a bit damaged and the corner of a wall was taped with plastic. Also, the AC couldn't be set to a lower temperature than the preset (but that could be a temporary thing due to the ongoing energy crisis).
