Everything was perfect! We arrived with a wheelchair and although I didn’t mention it when booking,because I saw there’s a lift in the hotel with a few steps at the entrance,they were extremely helpful and kind to us the whole time we stayed there 😊 We only wanted to stay one night but the next day there was a strike at the train station so we had to find a room for another night and our first thought was to go back and book with them again,that’s how wonderful they were to us! Luckily they managed to help us! Everybody was so nice but Giuseppe at the reception is a star ⭐️! He spoke english fluently and he is one of the best person we ever met! Called us an accessible taxi when we needed and even stored our food for the long train ride while we explored the city before we had to leave! 😊 He is kind and genuine! We still talk about him at home even after 2 weeks! Overall it was amazing to stay with them! Thank you so very much to the whole staff and especially to dear Giuseppe! ☺️ We hope that we see you all again! Anna and Zoltán 😊

Location was great. You can easily walk to the Vatican and other main landmarks. There is also a metro station a few blocks away from the hotel. Breakfast was good. It's every day the same but honestly I can't complain (eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, yogurt, coffee.) The view from the rooftop is nice.

Beds were smaller than I expected, but comfortable enough. I paid when I made the reservation way ahead of my arrival, but I still had to pay some taxes when I arrived, which was confusing.

The reception staff are all so pleasant, approachable, and very helpful with my inquiries. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the airport shuttle bus stop, and it is easy to find. Good breakfast selection, plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was adequate in size, and it's clean and comfortable. As a woman solo traveller who chose Rome to spend my birthday getaway, I felt safe staying in this hotel. I love the jacuzzi in my room! Also, the roof terrace is an amazing spot to watch the sunrise, the sky at night, and so many views around. If I come back to Rome, I'd stay here again.

It wasn't really a big deal with me as I'm out all day and don't get back till late. There is no pleasant view at all from my bedroom window but overlooking a courtyard roof and facing other flats, so I keep the curtains shut.

Great sized room - we had 2 single beds and were very comfortable. Bathroom was a great size and had a good supply of towels and various soap bits etc. There is a single lift that goes from floor 1 but we didn't realise that so started the climb up to the 4th floor! Thankfully we were met by the guy on reception who showed us the lift - all worked fine and no wait for it at all. There was breakfast available but although not fancy, it had quite a wide choice - it was decent to get the day started! We were around 10 mins walk from Vatican City and in the shopping district - plenty of eating places around and it was close to everything. We walked everywhere even though it was close to the Metro station - would definitely recommend if you wanted to stay to closer to the Vatican City.

Nothing at all - it was perfect for what we wanted and the price was excellent.

All the staff were very friendly and nice, with great English! The room was clean and comfortable. We got a room with a jacuzzi, which was fantastic, especially after a long day of sightseeing! Our room had a very firm mattress, which was perfect for me and my back problems. They have air conditioning😍/ heating units. The rooftop was beautiful, with great views of the city around us. They require the tourism tax at check-in and in cash. To get into the hotel there is a small set of steps up and then a lift (which is from the 1900s and runs perfectly) so if you use a walking stick, as I do, it is still very easily accessible. The location was perfect!! There was everything you need around the hotel, eg, shopping, supermarkets, cafes, pubs, restaurants, and market stalls. Vatican city was 10/15 min walk away, depending on the route you take. The saint angelo is only a 20-minute walk away, and another 20 min walk will bring you into the centre of Rome closer to all other attractions. No matter where you go, the buildings and scenery are beyond beautiful!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel, and it's all thanks to Daniel, the night porter/receptionist! He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. From booking our taxi pickup from the airport to helping us with our luggage (we had a LOT of bags!) after checkout, Daniel was incredibly helpful and courteous. His exceptional service, combined with the hotel's great location, made our stay truly unforgettable. We can't thank Daniel enough! Highly recommend this hotel, and we look forward to staying here again!

Nice small hotel located near the Vatican city, many tourist attractions are within the walking distance. Our room was well maintained; the bathroom was rather small but clean. Breakfast provides a good variety of food for a 3* hotel.

The cleaning service should start a bit later, after 10am at least. Sometimes the room was being cleaned already at 8:30am when we returned back from the breakfast. Some guests should learn that yelling at midnight in the hallway may disturb others (not a hotel's fault though). The adjacent street can be a bit noisy (e.g., garbage collection at 6:30am)

First of all it is the perfect location. Very close to the Vatican and within walking distance from all the rest beautiful places. 30 min walking to the Travi fountain, 45 min from the Coliseum, five min from a metro station, 5 min from a shuttle to the airport, which you can use for 9 euro( best solution going back to the airport). We had free of charge pick up on arrival from the airport , arranged by the hotel. The staff of the hotel are extremely helpful for anything we asked. I strongly recommend this hotel. Housekeeping daily cleaning and fresh towels. Many places for food around the hotel. The hotel has very nice, reach breakfast. Five min walking to one of the bus stops for the hop on hop off bus tour. Everything was perfect. ❤️ Yes, I almost forgot, the room was very good size, I like big rooms, big very comfortable bed, comfortable pillows. Beautiful bathroom.

We had six nights in and some nights were a bit noisy. But of course that is up to the guests who are forgetting that it is late night or it is early morning hours and are very loud coming back to their rooms. I don't think that this hotel has any bad sides. The hotel and the people working there are perfect and wonderful.

Good location just 800 m from Vatican. Old Rome districts on the other side of Tiberis river are 15 min walk either. "Modern" (19th century) district, easy to access and find by car. Fresh renovated room, with lift access, nice shower and good bed. Kind management. Lots of restaurants around for any budget. No noise from the street at night/evening. Great spacious terrace at the roof with magnificent views (allowed to enjoy some wine and smoke there till 23.00).

Shower room seems to have some trouble with water system "outlfow", as we experience some wetness smell. But it was solved by just keeping the toilet door well closed. Local parking option was advertised on Booking for 25 euro/night, Ive expected private garage, but was advised to park at public one 2 blocks away, and even with hotel recommendation/stamp they charged 35 euro per night vs 25 euro expected. At least parking was available.
