The Le Stanze Di Orazio was great value for money. I was looking for a good night rest for a couple of days, and it was exactly what I expected. Perfect location to get around the city. Close to everything I needed to see. But as well, if I didn't want to get out of the Prati, I had everything I needed in the area. Great places to eat, shop, or have an amazing coffee. But above all, it is a very cosy place to rest after a long day of exploring. I have to say I had the best sleep ever, a very comfy bed, and a warm and cosy room to rest properly. Sheryl from the hotel was also very helpful and welcoming, and felt like a person to go to if I needed anything. Definitely will come back if in Rome forna couple of days.

Everything was great!

We liked the room, the bed, the clean and modern bathroom, the cleaning every day. We enjoyed the great and simple breakfast with boiled egg, prosciutto, cheese, toast, sweet bakery, fruits, orange juice and great coffee made by the owner. We were pleased to be 5 minutes walk away from the Castel San Angelo

Amazing location, right in the heart of the Prati neighbourhood, which is one of the nicest in Rome. Very close to the Lepanto metro station which is very helpful in a city where public tranportation is quite bad. The breakfast was also way above our expectations. Sheryl prepared coffee and scrambled eggs for us, there were ham and cheese available, fruits and sweet pastry as well. Sheryl generally was a very helpful host from the check-in until the check-out.

The only thing I can mention is that the tourist tax has to be paid in the end. It would be better if that would be already included in the price when you book, but maybe that’s not allowed by Italian law?!

The property is perfectly located, a short walk to most things. It is clean and Sheryl is lovely. The B&B is in a traditional building, breakfast is included and Sheryl is on hand to make coffee, breakfast consists of eggs, pastries, cured meats and fresh fruit, in a buffet style. The bathroom was nice and a decent shower. We had 2 single beds (travelling with my son). They were firm which I like and there are extra pillows. The room was air conditioned which was very much needed at night time !! I would definitely recommend, communication prior to arriving was excellent and full instructions given. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing really. There are tea making facilities in the room, however no milk, that would be my only complaint.

- When power was suddenly off, the last night of our stay (for about one and a half hrs), no one was around to help. Even though I spoke the B&B manager on the phone, she could not do anything, as it looks like the whole building does not have a technical manager located in the building to help resolve issues when such situations occur, and the clients are left on their own. - Matrices on the beds are not very soft.

Sheryl was very pleasant, available and helpful. she contacted us before arrival to warn of impending train strike and offer, and arrange, alternative methods of arrival at the property. She made some very welcomed suggestions of places from which to get great views of the city. Room was on 1st floor with a lift. Very comfortable and we will stay there again.

better quality cheese at breakfast rather than pre packaged sliced cheese would have been welcomed

Breakfast was simple, nothing fresh cooked, but enough and good and only served for a hour. Sherri, the hostess, was very helpful and nice. Also quick responding to questions or needs. Hotel is in a first floor, busy season the traffic may be heard in the mornings. Overall it was worth it!

The mattresses could use an update. A little more variation for breakfast.

Air conditioning was great! Breakfast was lovely! Sheryl was SO HELPFUL with every little need even outside of her realm. She helped us with rides and luggage and directions and every little thing. She really makes this place great. She was so easy to communicate with on WhatsApp. I will stay there again. We walked everywhere from this location close to the Vatican.

Close to the Vatican is across the river. Still it was so close that it was wasn’t a hindrance and was likely less crowded because of that.

Very clean, good size room, very comfortable bed. Fantastic shower with side jets, rain shower and hand held shower head. The lighting inside the big shower cubicle was very beautiful. Very nice breakfast with fresh pastries, fruit and eggs. Very good location for the Vatican. Lovely neighbourhood with good restaurants and gelato shop.

B&B was clean, very good location close to good restaurants, shopping and very central to everything we needed.

The room was extremely small, maybe around 9 m², not including the bathroom. There was barely any room to move around. There was a window that opened to a building right in front of us so we had zero view and it was pretty dark. Also, it’s important to mention that in August, breakfast is not included in the price of the room. 😊
