The property is bright, modern with high ceilings and very clean. The space was also quiet. The property is conveniently located within 5 to 6 blocks to from Lepanto metro station. There are a number of bakeries, cafes and restaurants near the property along with excellent shopping just one block away. Breakfast was provided in our room each morning which was a wonderful way to start the day.

The wifi was a little spotty in our room but other than that we had no issues/concerns with the property.

The hotel is quite close to the Vatican (10min walk) and close to various good Italian restaurants and bakeries/gelaterias. It is also situated in one of the better neighborhood's in Rome where you can walk safely with your family till late in the evening. The room was clean and just big enough for a 4 person family. When we had to leave a bit earlier then normal, we asked if we could get the breakfast earlier and this was ok with them. They provided us with croissants/crackers and drinks so we could take them with us and have breakfast on our way to the Colosseum. The owner and staff are very helpful and can always be reached via the phone.

Nice location near bus stop from Airport. Close to Vatican museums and St Peters Basilica. Walking distance to metro. The room was good with 2 beds and a clean bathroom. However, the shower kept coming out. Will need fixing. Breakfast items need to be increased. AC strength during daytime under par. Overall, it was a nice experience.

Breakfast to the room. I noticed that generally in Italy, people don't have so much breakfast. I was hoping for more full corn bread (not just white). At least there were options to choose from. So the breakfast here was better than in other places.

I was expecting a reception, but it was easy to contact the place. It could be mentioned that strollers don't fit the elevator. Luckily, it's only one floor up. Considering people with disabilities it would be good to have a more precise description of the entrance.

The caretaker Giselle is really lovely and very helpful. The location is really good, close to restaurants, supermarkets and walking distance within main tourist sites. The room was clean and breakfast was really good.

Communication with manager was not great, lack of response to messages.

The location was convenient to reach and accessible to most activities. The Vatican, metros, and other attractions were at a walkable distance. The breakfast was good and served on time every day The room was very clean and had all the required facilities. Franco, Giselle and the others were very responsive and helpful during my entire stay. Amazing place to stay!

There are no pictures of the external building, hence didnt know that the guest house is situated inside an apartment. But managed to locate the premises 😀

The area is quite and very safe, unlike other touristic areas. Good cleaning service provided The fresh croissants were delicious

The breakfast selection is poor They really need to provide slippers, the floor has tiles and can be very cold If you lose the keys, there is a 100€ fee which i think it’s too much.

The location of this B&B is simply amazing. 3Quarti resturant across the street was just sensational, the bakery across the street as well. Walk, around the corner, there's the shopping. 15 mins walk to the vatican or to the hop on hop off bus. There are tons of restaurants and no crowds, like downtown. The lady was so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean room smelled good, had an elevator. Very friendly and kind.

Getting in was hard. Call the property as we were stuck outside for a bit.

Very beautiful old house with the real spirit of Naples. Friendly staff, always helpful. Breakfast was fresh and good, coffee always available in the lobby. Room was cleaned every day. We liked that it was easy to keep our luggage in the luggage room till the evening on the day of departure. I recommend this location for the families and couples

Location is 6 km from the city centre

The location is great - walking distance to the major sights and a lot of less touristy restaurants in the area. Room is comfortable and has everything you need. Very good value for money.

The shower rarely had hot water and even if it did apear then it was fluctuating between hot and cold every 10 seconds. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special (the quality of the croissants changed from day to day).
