Our 4 night stay was simply superb! Our room was very bright and airy with a lovely view onto the road below, our bed was the comfiest I've ever slept in and we also had all of the necessary amenities i.e. an iron and ironing board, hair dryer, towels, a TV (with Netflix might I add!). I saw a previous review that complained about the building being old - please be assured that this is in no way a problem! The building has so much character, it even has an old-fashioned lift which we found such a novelty and added lots of charm! We also couldn't fault the lovely staff. The hosts, Dora and Rossella, really made this stay an excellent one. They are both so kind and friendly and no ask was ever too much with them - they were easily contactable on WhatsApp and were even on hand to give restaurant recommendations and organise an airport taxi for us. They made us feel so welcome from day one - they have a coffee machine for all guests to make use of along with a mini-fridge stocked with drinks for guests to help themselves to free of charge. Edwin and his wife, responsible for keeping our room beautifully clean, were also very sweet. Location wise - the suites are less than a 10 minute walk to Lepanto metro station and is well connected with both metro and bus stations being nearby. The neighbourhood felt very safe and peaceful, it was nice to have some respite from the hustle and bustle of the major tourist attraction areas of an evening. The road the suites are located on, Via dei Gracchi, offers a whole range of amenities too - there are plenty of restaurants, a cafe, a convenience shop (Pam Express), a market. On top of all of the above, the Vatican City is only a 10 minute walk down the road. My husband and I will definitely be making a habit of staying at the suites on any future visits to Rome!

We stayed at 126 Gracchi Suites for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Vatican and very well connected to public transportation. The neighborhood is safe and full of nice cafés, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a short stay. The bed was cozy, the bathroom spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the warm days. Rossella was the host who greeted us, and she was absolutely lovely; very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome right away. Check-in was smooth, and communication was clear throughout our stay. Another nice touch was the small common area in the hallway, where guests could make coffee and enjoy complimentary drinks and snacks. It made the stay feel even more comfortable and homey. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you want a clean, quiet, and well-located accommodation in Rome. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

There was nothing we didn’t like

The place looks exactly like the pics! It’s new, well looked after, the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. Dora was super friendly and helped me with late check-in and local tips of things to do. I’d definitely recommend a stay there. Also walking distance from the Vatican, which made our visit there very easy.

The bathrooms are quite small, the shower opens both ways (and again, it was small) so the bathroom got wet very easily. The walls are quite thin and we could hear people in the room nearby talking (normally, not loudly, not quietly) until 2-3am.

The suite was clean, very comfortable and is situated in the corner of the building with a balcony that goes around the two external walls, letting in a lot of natural light. Management staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was efficient and accommodating. Location was very good with easy access to a range of cafés, restaurants and bars in the area (Prati) and easy walks to other attractions in Rome. Loved the experience.

Rossela was super kind and helpfull. Room was clean and spacious. Free snacks and cold drinks was a very pleasant surprise after flight. Location isn't in the center of Rome, but metro station is few minutes walk, so you can reach any place of interest very easy and quickly. Plenty of nice restaurants, bars and caffeterias around. Scan QR code that you'll find in the room! We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Rome. One of the best apartaments we have stayed. Thank you !

A well-appointed hotel room … enough space to move around without feeling cramped, clean lined decor, and thoughtful amenities. A vast array of restaurants, cafés, food markets, shops, attractions, bus stations

I would have preferred personal coffee machine, water bottles rather than shared snack bar in hallway which if I m not mistaken was not mentioned in listing Bottles of shampoo/conditioner and gel rather than sachets

I liked that the rooms were clean and new Staff was very friendly Good size and location close to the vatican and other important places Super market near and nice boutique opposite directly with a cool coffee shop Lots of good restaurants and delivery options around

Only thing that if I am nitpicking is the sink is a bit small And it is inside an apartment with your own private locked room and key but still your own bathroom Also u need to wait to buzz deliveries from down but thats ok normally the hosts do it for you

I was assisted by Edwin and Dora. Both were very friendly and courteous! I arrived earlier and they allowed me to check in early without waiting. The place is very clean and they cleaned daily or upon request. The complimentary coffee and snacks were awesome. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood but very close to the Vatican and other tourist sites. Overall, I had a wonderful stay here and highly recommend. 10/10.

The room was clean and the 2 large glass doors let in amazing light in the mornings! The view of the street and the historic architecture was breathtaking, and immediately put me in a good mood! Enjoyed having a night cap on the balcony taking in the italian atmosphere. It was also convenient that the building had a lift! :)

The only thing I didn’t like was the mattress, whilst the bedding was really clean and fresh, the mattress felt a little… used.

This place was so charming! The staff were very helpful communicating instructions and making sure we were comfortable. The room was beautiful and clean. We loved the balconies and location that was walking distance from the Vatican and downtown sites.

One night there was construction right outside our door during the night, which was a little loud. I don’t think this is a regular occurrence.
