I was switched to another location due to their booking system issue, I was a bit concerned in the beginning because the change happened at the last minute. But it turns out I love this inn so much. So quiet, spacious bedroom with a balcony too. 10min walk to Vatican museum, surrounded by a lot of restaurants, bars, 6min walk to metro station. I like everything about this place.

Location is close to the Vatican, clean and the fridge is very important.

We got 1 set of keys so if one person wanted to go somewhere, both we had to go together or the second one needed to stay in the room and wait for the other to arrive. The road is very busy and noisy in the night.

The location is perfect and the price related to the quality is very good. I think it is a very good choice if you want to go to Rome and you don't want to spend a lot of money for a good place to stay. Close to the Vatican, clean, spacious, comfortable bed, etc... I recommend it.

Location was great, bed was comfortable, quiet, we had the cleaner come in every day, small fridge was cool

the door to the bathroom didnt close, the tv and the coffee machine were broken but we did have a water cooker and we made our own coffee

the location was great, few minutes walking distance from the Vatican and many interesting touristic spots. The accommodation was very clean, I did not understand some reviews left about cleanliness, or they might have approved a lot then.

everything was fine, I just wish we did not have to ask 3 times in order to get an invoice.

On the day of arrival we were informed that the room we had booked was occupied. This was unexpected and unpleasant.

Great location close to public transportation and major sites. They cleaned the room everyday. The street is loud but w the windows closed it is quiet. Great place to stay!

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful. There was a lovely Açai cafe around the corner where we had breakfast most mornings too which was a nice bonus.

I feel that a change of towels should be included in the price paid especially for 4 night stay. Toliet paper was not replenished by cleaning staff and I ended up going looking for some. Shower Head was broken and did not sit upright. Plug sockets built into the furnished headboards were not very secure and didnt always work. These came away from the wall at time which is a safety hazard. The window shutter in our room was painted closed to the window so we were unable to close the window fully allowing extra noise in.

It’s a great location for feeling like you’re in the middle of Rome. Lots of spots to eat around there. It is on floor 5 to your left! We found it hard to find lol
