Our stay of 5 days was comfortable and cozy. The host, Kim is quite prompt, courteous and respectful in her communication. Lovely person! The host provided with wine and some snacks which is quite excellent. I requested some herbal tea and she arranged for it. Provided video instructions to use coffee machine. The housekeeper, Saida( spelling?) is also quite friendly. She cleaned our room regularly. Despite our language difference we communicated a lot and that also added a personal touch to my stay. Decor of the room and entire place is amazingly done. Few things we would have liked, specifically for a longer stay, is having laundry access and microwave for heating food. Cook top access for warming up food or even small cooking. Room is a bit smaller for 2 people and their luggage if staying longer than 1-2 nights. However we spent most of our time outside of the hotel touring so the size of the room and overall space was okaish!:) Main doors to the apartment and suite is digital access. Helps with safety. But if an international guests’ phone doesn’t work, one can’t get in. Main entrance doors are heavy and a bit tight to get in and out. At the same time seemingly great for security. Kim shared local recommendations on her own and upon request, promptly! This was super helpful. Highly recommend Winkler suites to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Winkler. The apartment was lovely, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Saida and Kim were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring the apartment was always clean and promptly attending to our needs. Kim was particularly responsive, offering us valuable tips on nearby restaurants and essential information such as transportation options. We highly recommend this place for both short and long stays. The fully equipped communal kitchen was a definite plus, and the location couldn't be better—close to supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, shops, and the metro. In fact, we found everything we needed within a short walk from the apartment. Highly recommended!

Thank you for the wonderful rooms provided, comfortable accommodation, I lived with a friend for 3 days, excellent transport accessibility, cool shops and boutiques nearby, lots of cafes. The room was clean, cleaning came every day, pleasant service staff, owners and managers, answered any questions immediately on time, so we had no problems, the rooms are spacious enough, everything you need is there, a shared kitchen with access to a kettle, the first thing you need for breakfast, we were satisfied and will definitely come back, great location, price, quality at the highest level. Thank you!!!

Beautifully designed, comfortable bed, close to the subway. Walkable distance to some of the most beautiful places in Rome. Worth mentioning that we got the best service we ever had both from the kind cleaning lady with the beautiful smile and from Kim that helped us with anything we needed. We never had the chance to meet her in person, but she was kind enough to ask at least once a day through WhatsApp if everything is ok and if we needed anything. She went the extra mile and helped us by telling us the best way to get to the room and to the airport and by recommending us some nice places and restaurants without even asking for them. Thank you once again!!!

Winkler Suites made our stay in Rome incredibly convenient and comfortable. The owner is very, very responsive — she quickly replies to inquiries and even provides helpful tips and information without being asked, making sure your stay in Rome is as smooth as possible. Accessing the building is super easy and high-tech — no need for keys! They use an app connected to your phone upon check-in, which you’ll use to open the doors of the apartment. It’s incredibly convenient. Aida, the staff member in charge of the apartment, was very warm and welcoming. When we arrived at 10 AM and left our luggage for storage, she greeted us with drinks and snacks in the lobby, which was such a nice touch. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, located in a great area. Compared to many stays in Rome that tend to be older, this property feels newly renovated and modern — everything looked fresh and updated. We truly had no complaints. The place made me feel so at home that I honestly wished I could’ve stayed longer. Just a quick note: the city tax needs to be paid in cash upon checkout, so make sure to have some extra cash ready for that.

Nothing but if there would be a trash bin in the room it would be nice. There is a small trash bin for the toilet though however the room itself didn’t have any, well you can actually dispose your trash in the kitchen area/common area but having one in your own room would have been better.

Would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a clean, confortable stay in the heart of Rome. Great location easily walkable from the top sites Vatican, Colosseum, Castel Sant'Angelo or a short trip in an Uber depending on how tired you are. Staff were incredibly friendly, gave amazing tips and kept checking with us to make sure all was okay. As the apartments have access to a kitchen it was ideal for any of our group up early wanting to make tea or coffee.

Can't fault the place

The rooms are very clean , tidy and comfortable. They clean your bedroom every day.. which is very good. Also, there are few amenities like small kitchen with fridge, coffee table, coffee machine etc. Luigi the manager, is very kind and welcoming. Very good location as well. Walk distance from the Vaticano city.. a lot of restaurants around. Close to the train station too.

Everything was nice. A bit noisy cause the bedroom are at the ground floor facing the street.

Everything was great ! Exceptional neighborhood, very safe and close to the Vatican, the train and bus station. Nice restaurants and stores. Members of are very professional and kind. They are willing to assit you and guide you all the time. Rooms were great and net, with air conditioning and very clean. You may serve coffee, snacks and bottled water for free and thats something we appreciated a lot !!!

The room was very clean and comfortable (small but it wasn’t a problem). There is daily housekeeping included in the price and a shared kitchen area which was very useful. The location was great, close to the Vatican City, the area felt safe in the evening, there are lots of restaurants and shops around. The staff was very helpful (thank you kim!) and the checkin proccess was easy.

The door is pretty thin so you can hear other people coming in late in the evening or walking in the hall, but it didn’t really bother us.
