I was travelling alone. I did not need any services. I did not even use the coffee machine. I did not use the shower either. I did not watch TV. I came here only to sleep, so B&B was perfect for me. The location was close to Sit bus from/to the airport. I told the hotel that I would arrive early: I was lucky, my room was ready on arrival. I asked for a quiet room: the room was quiet. There was no view. I kept the curtains drawn. The keys worked fine. Left luggage services were offered, but I did not need them. My room was cold on arrival, but one of the staff members showed me how to use the air conditioner/heater and told me when the radiators would come on. Not the kind of room I would have liked to have spent time in, but the bed was good and it was warm and clean. Otherwise it was very basic, so no holiday snaps of it. It's fine for a day or two especially if you don't have much luggage. I had an over night, weekender, bag which did not take up much room. Good shopping and plenty of nice restaurants and gelaterias nearby. The city centre is also within a walking distance. Helpful staff. I chose this place because of its location and it was a good value in January.

I arrived at noon, so the gate from the street was open. I would not have liked to wait at the gate. There is a gate by the entrance and then the door on your right with the buzzer when you get inside the gate. I think you will have to call the hotel, if the gate is closed. They will of course give you the keys to the door(s) and gate to get in. There was nowhere to hang longer clothes than jackets anywhere and only four coat hangers. I think you can ask for more if needed. I wrote the hotel that I only come here to sleep, so there was no need for cleaning or making the bed. They cleaned the room and made the bed anyway. I did not complain.

The location is fine, not too far from public transportation and in a very good street with a lot of shops and restaurants. The AC was really good and cold, and the hotel in general was clean and fine. The reception guys were nice and helpful as well.

The room was too small, with no place to put or open your bag, the coffee machine was not too clean and unfortunately they only put water and coffee pods for the first day. The shower head was broken and the time to enter your room was a lot due to having to open 3 doors before your room's door. (Main Entrance, Building, Hotel (with a code) and your room)

Our stay with Cloud 9 was great - the location is very central, close to the Vatican in a large street near many good shops and restaurants but not as crowded as in the very centre. The rooms are quiet and with blackout curtains which wqs also very helpful amd thw beds were large amd comfy. The staff is extremely helpful and nice before and after arrival helping us with any questions or demands. One of our two double rooms was automatically upgraded (presumably due to availability) wich was a nice surprise. The rooms include a mini fridge, coffee maker or boiler and supplies to make your morning coffee as well as some water and sweets to greet you free of charge! Bathroom amenities were also great and clean and included a bidet.

We had a little trouble with the overhead shower head which didn't work as well so we just used the handheld one. One of our rooms had trouble shutting the door unless pulled very hard which might have caused noise for the other guests but we let the staff know and were told they would look into it. Also since it's located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a beautiful but older Italian building you might need to use the elevator which has a few kinks as it can't work unless all inside and outside doors on all floors are shut correctly and people sometimes left them open causing the elevator to not be able to come.

Location is very good. Just 10 minutes or less to the Vatican City. Nice neighborhood with a lot of stores, groceries and restaurants around. Clean and neat hotel.

Despite we arrive in operating hours, around noon, there was no one to open the door. By chance the guy who clean was taking out some garbage and made our check in. The same happened at the check out, we left the keys in an external table and send a notification thorough WhatsApp to de Concierge but he never answered. Other thing was that the A/C of our room (302) was not working, they sent someone to repair it but by 4:00 am was not working again. Only stayed for one night.

The bed was super comfortable. There was lots of stores in the area , as well as supermarket just 5 min away. Location is very close to the Vatican which is also a plus, you can walk and explore the city but in the hotel area it’s not super crowded. Staff very friendly, I was able to leave my backpack and pick it up before leaving for airport.

The wale are dirty in the room, it really needs some refreshment. There was no hacks at the door to hand the coat . The water pressure was way too low. Also it was impressive to have a proper hot shower , cause the moment you turn handle slightly to the right it runs cold water . Also as I have arrived after 22:00 I tried to run shower for 5 minutes and still cold water was coming out , so cold shower it was for me then. Also it would be nice to set up tv to connect to the internet , so guests can want some Netflix or something.

Almost everything! The staff was perfect—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. It was easy to find, and the instructions were very clear. The location is great, and even though it’s not in the center of Rome, the hotel is on a fantastic street full of amazing shops! There are plenty of buses nearby, and it’s close to a metro station as well. The place was clean and comfortable, and it offered great value for the price.

There’s a step to enter the shower, which felt a bit unsafe. I traveled with my mother and was constantly worried she might trip. Also, the water was cold, and the pressure from the overhead shower was weak.

The location was amazing, it was like 5 minutes walking into the Vatican City. The hotel was really easy to access and also the main street where it is located was not disruptive, as the windows of the rooms are located towards the inner block.

The only thing that I'd highlight of the things of improvement would be to review the bathroom. I'd raise specifically the power of the shower stream, which was super low and slow, meaning that to shower it would take a lot of time for the water to heat up and also the stream was slow.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood with a relatively short walk from the main attractions. The room was a bit small, but clean and comfortable for a short stay. Though there is no 24hr reception, staff is available friendly. They even kept our luggage for a few hours after check out in order to let us have a tour in Rome before leaving

When leaving the elevator was not working, but staff helped us with the luggage.

The property is in a lovely area, is very central and accessible. It is very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning isn’t great but there are openable windows and it wasn’t extremely hot while we stayed. 3-5 min walk from St. Peter’s square! Plenty of lovely restaurants nearby. All messages to the hotel were answered promptly.

Would have liked to leave our bags on our last day while we wandered but there was no one to ask. Small downside for a well priced well presented property.

I like that it is close to the Vatican, the litter is very comfortable, very clean, the service is good, it is quiet, there is no noise

The bathroom door is very narrow, the air does not work well, I thought the entire building would be the 9 cloud hotel, I did not imagine that there are only 2 floors of the entire building. Which is a bit confusing, more photos should be posted to be even clearer.
