The owner Anna arranged a taxi to pick us up from airport and told us the standard price to pay so we would not get scammed. She was also there to greet us outside the accommodation when we arrived. It was also helpful that she spoke English as well. She also arranged for taxi to bring us back to airport at the end of our stay. Definitely the best place we could have wished for and would go and stay in this accommodation again!

The location was great. Quite walkable to the Vatican which we visited for various reasons 3 days in a row. The small neighborhood restaurants were great. Anna gave us super recommendations, was easy to get ahold of & helped book our taxi to airport. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby. AC worked very well & location was quiet but yet easy to access shopping & other sites. Only a few steps from groundlevel to rooms which was appreciated carrying luggage.

Bathroom was a little small but clean. Once we got used to opening four doors it was a snap to get in and we felt secure.

Just a 12 minute walk to The Vatican & Saint Peter’s Basilica. Very safe and secure location in close proximity to excellent cafes, restaurants & shopping. Air conditioning very quiet & effective. Anna was always quick to respond, offering a personalized concierge service and great recommendations on local attractions and shopping when we were looking for specific items.

Although our room differed from the photos, we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff was exceptional and very kind. The position was also good, full of great restaurants and places for breakfast and dinner.

We just had some issues sleeping on Saturday morning because of the market on the street. The apartment is located on the first floor facing a street with (what I think is a permanent) market and was a little bit too noisy starting from six in the morning.

The location was really good and seemed very safe ,with loads of shops around Also liked that the host was always available to help with any needs !

We expected some coffee machine inside the room not outside or at least a kettle and some coffee or tea drinks with 2 cups Also a smart tv to watch some Netflix after coming back to the room for a bit of relaxation There were no English or other countries channels on tv which for anyone that doesn’t speak any Italian it’s not great

The property was stunning, ideally located, and had all the amenities we needed. Anna was fantastic throughout our stay. She even surprised my husband with a small birthday cake, which I truly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Chester Suites!

Well maintained, clean, and comfortable. Great location. Very friendly staff welcomed us, and were so amenable too - we were able to leave our bags in storage and pick them up later with a set of spare keys.

Would have been good to have a kettle in the room, but apart from that, nothing we didn't like!

The host was very welcoming to both of us, giving us suggestions on where to go while we were in Rome. Each day there were clean towels and bed sheets, and they even gave us some prosecco to celebrate a special occasion we had while in Italy. We were given our own keys, so we could come and go as we pleased, and we were on a main road close to Piazza Del Popolo which was convenient for our booked tours of Italy.

Location was great, staff helpful, nice and great communication. Room was nice.

I just realized after looking at my pictures that we were given the wrong room. Still happy with what we were given though, just the other one had more windows and ddifferent decor with a desk. We didn't get that

The room was amazing, very clean and good standard. The location was perfect, 5 minutes from Vatican City and 10 minute tram from everything else. It was exactly what we needed and our host was very helpful and kind. Thank you for giving us an amazing holiday!
