- Loud AC units - we raised it with the owner and she kindly moved us to another room where the unit was quiter, nevertheless still quite loud. We were also offered a complimentary breakfast for inconvenience, which was a nice gesture.

We had a fantastic time in the incredible city of Rome with my family, and having great hotel accommodations played a big part in that. The location is brilliant—near a metro station and right in front of a bus stop to the main attractions, including being in close proximity to the Vatican. Noise level can be a bit high in the corridor. Breakfast can have more options available.

This accommodation is located in perhaps the best location in all of Rome. We did not use any means of transport during our entire stay, except for the journey from and to the airport. The accommodation was very clean, cozy and pleasant. The unpleasant smell from the garbage was after the rainy weather, which is understandable for old houses, as you will read in other reviews. And it only happened once.

The place is perfectly accessible from the Fiumicino airport. Shuttle bus for 5 eur only, brought us almost to the door of the hotel. Also, a perfect place to explore the city with numerous options to eat or have a drink in the walking vicinity. The hosts were very welcoming and allowed us to leave the bags before our check-in time. The beds were comfy.

The place even though very clean had little signs of wear. The fridge was not really cooling anything. And the huge issue was the AC that from time to time was making weird noises for a minute long. So in case you need AC to sleep at night you have to wake up every 30 minutes because of the noise. I did call the host and ask for assistance though it was passed her working hours so she said we will get a technician the day after. However, the issue remained the next day and then we left. I hope this problem was eliminated though after we left because otherwise, we had a good time there.

The room was as advertised - Clean, modern and comfortable. With a family with 2 adult children, we had plenty of space. The staff is friendly, accommodating and easily accessible. Proximity is close to the Vatican, great, affordable restaurants, lots of shopping and close to Ottaviano Metro to get you around.

Honestly nothing which is why we booked this place for our final night in Italy.

The location was very convenient for our trip

The room was not like the picture but it was ok, recently renewed. We would like another mirror outside the bathroom and also a carpet or something to avoid slips in the restroom. The first night the AC didn’t work but the staff helps us for the following night. We found only 1 blanket but we were 4 people.

The room was very comfortable, clean and well decorated. I loved the bathroom, spacious and with a fantastic shower. The breakfast was very rich with excellent cappuccino, pastries, cakes (the one with custard cream was amazing), fruit, yogurt and savoury food. Great location in a historical and classic building 3 minutes walk to the Vatican, in a quiet but central area, close to many restaurants and cafes. The Ottaviano metro station is just 5 minutes walk, perfect to travel to the Termini train station and the airport and also to explore the rest of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back here!

Location is excellent!! Just 5-10 mins walk to the Vatican. Very good restaurants and shopping stores are just nearby. The flat is spacious, good for families. Staff are efficient, you can easily contact them if you have concerns. The breakfast is very good and the price is reasonable.

The flat is newly renovated, however, some basic amenities are still lacking like towel racks inside the bathroom. Also, the bathroom floor easily gets wet when you take a shower (it seems it need to fix the sealant of the shower glass).

The room was in a converted apartment inside a beautiful building, on the 4th floor but the lift was working perfectly so that was no issue for us. The location was outstanding, 5 minutes walk from the Vatican and just a few minutes walk from many good shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The area felt very safe and we had no issues walking around with our family. The room was comfortable enough for 2 adults and 2 children, beds were comfy and lots of clean linen available. The staff were fantastic, specially the wonderful lady on reception who gave us many excellent suggestions for our stay in Rome and really helped to make our trip fantastic!

The bathroom needed a little work as some parts of the shower did not work properly and we had a little issue with the AC, but all sorted and very minor things.
