It was like a home away from home. Small bedroom but sufficient for a family of four on vacation. Customer service experience was great, shout out to Saul! The location is 5-star since it was an easy 10-15 minutes walk to the Basilica of St Peter, Vatican Museums, and Castel Sant'Angelo. Other tourist sites were within 20 minutes travel time via public transpo or Uber. Multiple restaurants can be found within a block of Art Atelier Accomodation.

We had issues with hot water but this was addressed by management.

Everyday the room was cleaned and the breakfast for the next day was brought. It was a cozy room with a big smart tv, the location was also great as it was only 20 minutes from Trevi fountain and near the Vatican city which was very convenient. Also there are bus stops located 4 minutes away from the place. We were a family of 4, and the room was comfortable.

The wardrobe doors were squeaky, but it was not important. Also, there was some mould in the bathroom window and overall the bathroom sink could have been cleaner as well.

The location was great, walkable to most attractions and the bus stop was right outside. The restaurant right outside the door also had great food and was easy on the evenings we were too tired to go far for supper. Room was comfortable and clean. The mattress was very comfortable!

The breakfast wasn’t exactly a breakfast. There was yogurt available along with coffee but breakfast consisted of not very good, very dry, packaged cookies and small cakes. Not really our thing, but something was provided. In the end it wouldn’t make me not book here again.

Very helpful, professional & friendly staff. The 3 young guys on duty were always ready to help in any way they could, from providing drinks/juices at breakfast to offering advice on trips/metro stops, etc. Very spacious safe accomodation ideal for a family of 4. Close to many restaurants, not far from the Vatican/Museum and Hop-On/Off City Tour Bus stop. We chose to have our room cleaned every other day and towels were changed after 3 days (as we stayed 6 nights). We had an issue with water leaking into the rest of the bathroom from under the shower guard one evening whilst taking a shower, but once we reported this, it was resolved the following day which was excellent. The owner was very helpful in arranging a private transfer at a reasonable cost to the Airport on the day of our departure.

One of the curtains was hanging off the rail , so if could not be fully closed to prevent light from entering the room in the early hours of the morning. This needs to be resolved urgently. We also requested that the mini bar/fridge be looked at, as it was not getting cold, so we were unable to cool any water we bought (helpful owing to the hot Italian weather). However, despite requesting this a few times it was not rectified. Either the device needs to be repaired or it needs to be replaced with a working mini fridge.

It was a good location and easy to find. The video provided to enter the property was absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

The breakfast provided was very processed (all packaged). Perhaps it was in the description, but I don’t recall. The host did send a message prior to arrival and we picked up some fresh fruit. I would not consider this as a provided breakfast.

Excellent accommodation to stay in Rome, especially when you plan to visit the City of Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast available in the form of packed pastries with coffee/tea, but lots of cafés and bistros nearby to enjoy Italian cuisine and hospitality. Bella Roma!

Very comfy bed, lovely room, great staff.

There were small flies in the bathroom. The curtains were very thin and let in light and the walls were not very sound proof

the shower had difficulty with working right (cold water falling down on me from the upper shower) and after short showering there was flood in the bathroom. The breakfast was a little bit poor- you can expect only sweet things- croissant, muffins, yoghurts in a limited amount per person…if you are allergic to cow milk protein (as me) you can hardly eat anything from it.

The location is Great... The room is clear and comfortable and the customers are very polite

The location is excellent. The Vatican is nearby, many restants and shops and little grocery stores. The apartment is quiet. We were in May on a hot day the apartment was nice temperature, but on a colder day it was warm there. Good coffee.
