Team were lovely, we arrived early and fortunately they allowed access to our room. The room was quite small but perfect for the two of us. The balcony was small, but we wouldn't have needed it any bigger. We enjoyed a drink on the balcony before bed and loved the fact we had a fridge/mini bar with water, fruit juices, fizzy pop, beer and prosecco. All very reasonable! The room was quiet, yet the hotel was in the most perfect of locations. Close to Ottovianni metro station, which took us to the Termini and from there all over Rome by various means. St Paul's Basilica and the Vatican were a few minutes walk away! Back to the room, the shower was great and shower products were provided. The breakfast room was opposite our bedroom, so it was very handy. You could eat in there or pack up a tray and eat on your balcony. There was a good selection of items available. We would absolutely stay here again!

We struggled a little to find the hotel. We were looking for a big sign with the name on. You won't find this! Eventually, we located the door with a plaque and the name was on there. The rooms are upstairs on the 1st and 2nd floor. It does not look like a hotel in the traditional sense, but it doesn't disappoint in any way!

I brought my elderly mother to Rome as she's always wanted to visit the city. The hotel was absolutely perfect for us. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable, and we had a lovely balcony to sit out on. The breakfast has a good variety of items, but the staff were absolutely brilliant and couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Thank you for a brilliant stay.I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

Nothing really! It doesn't look like much from the street, but don't let that fool you.

The location was absolutely great as it was so close to St. Peter's Basillica, which was our main goal to be centralized in the city. The room was cozy but very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, with cooling being effective and comfortable in a short period of time. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonable in size and functional for 2 people. Best of all was the staff! They were all extremely helpful, accomodating and willing to serve and wanting to please us. I can't say enough about the young woman who checked us in late on a Friday and took care of any questions we had during our stay. She helped us with setting up a taxi one evening and gave great advice for places to go and how best to get there. The housekeeping was wonderful and we found a clean and tidy room every day after we returned from our day's activity.

Our only suggestions is a breakfast with more choices. It was the same every day, no changes and the selections were OK but not very appealing after the 3rd day of having breakfast there. Also, it would be nice to have access to ice for consumption. We did get some from the receptionist and it was enough, but I felt bad asking for it when it would be nice to have it self serve, whenever wanted. Thank you to the receptionist for providing what you did have available.

Our stay here was truly amazing! Everything was perfect, and we have nothing to complain about. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from St. Peter's Basilica and also close to the metro station. The accommodation was clean, fragrant, and the rooms were spacious and modernly furnished, with toiletries and towels provided. The staff was very kind and friendly. We especially liked the always-smiling young man at the reception 🙂. On our next visit to Rome, we would gladly choose this accommodation again.

We loved our stay here. Breakfast was continental with plenty of options (my son and I particularly loved the nutella pastries). There was plenty available and we could either eat in the breakfast room or on our balcony. The location was great, we walked everywhere and there were some great restaurants nearby. Really easy to get to and from the airport via the SIT shuttle bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful, i particularly liked how they contacted ahead of time to save time on check in.

The location is excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was modern and new, and toiletries were provided. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Breakfast didn’t offer a huge variety, but it was tasty. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Nothing, seriously amazing value for money.

The location was great. The staff, inclusive the owner were very friendly and helpful, did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and good sized.

Breakfast options could be improved as we stayed 4 nights and cakes / pastries were not always fresh but then considering it was a very small privately run hotel I would say it was ok. We did use the facilities and it was still great to be able to use the kitchen.one should be reasonable with expectations and we were.

The Staff we met, Vince and Lilibeth especially Jobelle were very very accomodating. She attended well to our needs and concerns

Our interconnecring rooms were comfortable but could have been a little bigger as well as the bathroom of the other room, kinda small, i could hardly move. It coukd have been the sime size as the other bathroom (kids/triple room) a lot better and can move well.

Location is perfect, literally a block or so from the Vatican. The rooms were immaculately cleaned every day, The air conditioning worked amazingly well. The staff was friendly. The self-serve breakfast options were basic but readily available.

Smaller sized room and bathroom, but I would stay here again because that was a small price to pay for all of the other positives.

The location of this hotel was fantastic. It was close to the Vatican, but it was also two blocks away from a street that was full of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see.

The only drawback was the size of the rooms. We had three to a room and that was a little tight, but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean.
