I enjoyed the host who was so kind to wait on me arriving and then explain everything in detail. I enjoyed the location, which is next to the Vatican. also very easy to reach to Roma Termini by metro, which is very close. It has a small kitchen, which comes in handy.

Very convenient location within walking distance of the Vatican. Two minutes from a large Pewex supermarket and a plethora of restaurants and cafés. Kitchenette facilities in the room were comprehensive and clean. Susanna was very helpful with directions and recommendations for places to eat. I was very pleased that she remembered my name.

The doors could have some soundproofing in the gap between the bottom and the floor. Since the floors were solid and not carpeted, we could hear other doors slamming and even the external elevator door closing. Some instructions about how to find and operate the elevator would've been helpful before I arrived. I didn't see the elevator off to the side when I first entered the stairwell and therefore dragged my suitcase up six flights of stairs.

Living spaces were nice. I was surprised by the big size. Susanna is a great hostess. Unmatched Location in Prati.

Dust was all over the place since the first day. It caused us some allergy. Also, the a/c wasn’t working because it broke. It wasn’t Susanna’s fault and she did her best to fix it and even offered to switch us to another room. Nonetheless, Rome’s temperature was cool enough to not make it a huge deal

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at Ai Senatori. The location was perfect, just outside the Vatican walls and close to public transport and great restaurants and shopping streets. Our beautiful host Susanna was so gracious and accommodating, our flight arrival was changed a couple of times but she was so nice about it and our checkin was quick and painless. The room was large and beautifully furnished, even the old fashioned elevator was fun to take. We had breakfast vouchers at a nearby cafeteria which serves delicious coffee and pastries. Loved the pistachio croissant!

I honestly couldn't find any fault with this place. Great location, great host, awesome base for exploring the beautiful city of Rome.

Very good location, easily accessible by metro. Easy and straightforward check in and out process. Very polite owner who responded quickly and kindly. The premises and my room were very clean and well maintained. WiFi was good and had a strong signal. Breakfast is at a local café, just 3 minutes away, so it was easily accessible.

The breakfast options were only croissants. I know this is a standard type of breakfast in Italy to which I am ok with, I just wished there was a savoury option too. The staff at the café said the savoury option costs extra.

A well-equipped apartament with kitchen facilities in a walking distance from the Vatican City. A very friendly host ready to help. Air-conditioning made it easier to survive in Rome in very high temperatures. And the price was very reasonable for such a location. Just recommended!

Good location, near to Vatican City, quiet neighborhood well connected by metro and bus to city center, nice rooms.

No hot water in the shower in one of the rooms although the weather was hot and it happened on weekend so not a big deal. Still would be good to have it during our stay.

Amazing location, great service and easy check in. Worth every euro if you are in Rome. Susan was amazing and followed up with us before arrival and let us check in a bit earlier as room was ready.

Something silly is they forgot to clean our room but jo that it was required anyway.

Very friendly host, waited for us for late arrival, was very supportive. The room was very clean, very spacious and cozy, the bed was comfortable with nice sheets, quite spacious bathroom. :) Overall very nice. I liked breakfast place and old elevator.

The sound insulation through doors could be better. In the morning you can hear people exiting rooms and locking doors.

We arrived late in Rome and Tim met us for a late checkin, The room was a good size, nice and clean. The shower and bathroom were great. Very quiet place.The location was perfect for us, close to great restaurants, and an easy walk to train station for easy access to all the major attractions

Can't fault this place, it made our time in Rome very enjoyable.
