We were greeted by Alessandro when we arrived. Alessandro had contacted me before our arrival and gave assistance with travel instructions. He was very helpful with the best places to eat and on hand throughout our stay to help. The apartment we stayed in was lovely, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. We had our own kitchenette with coffee machine and milk warmer/frother and fridge filled with meats, cheese slices, fruit, orange juice, milk, still water and more, all part of the breakfast included in the price. There was also continental breakfast items and biscuits/cakes as well. Everything was replenished daily and the apartment was cleaned daily. I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay again.

Our stay at the Vatication apartment was truly excellent! The location is perfect – right next to the Vatican, a great base for exploring Rome. Communication with the host was outstanding – very friendly, helpful, and always available. We received all the necessary information promptly, and even got great recommendations for local restaurants – all of them spot-on! The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped – everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen had everything we needed, the coffee machine was a nice touch, and the Italian-style breakfasts added to the authentic feel. Starting the day with aromatic coffee was a real treat. A huge plus was the possibility to leave our luggage after check-out – we had a late flight and were able to enjoy our last day in Rome without stress. I highly recommend this apartment – comfortable, perfectly located, and with exceptional service!

Alessandro was an amazing host and our stay was phenomenal! The room is very comfortable and clean, breakfast is simple but so delicious (coffee, tea, bread and cold cuts, juice and even some sweets!). The location was amazing, a bit farther from the busier tourist areas but a couple minutes walk from Vatican and metro station, quiet at night but still felt very safe. Alessandro also gave us amazing restaurant recommendations around the neighborhood that we ended up going to 3 out of the 4 days we stayed there! Can't recommend Vatication enough!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this apartment in the Vatican area. The location is absolutely perfect — just a short walk from the Vatican and very well connected to the rest of Rome. The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days! A special thank you to Alessandro, the host, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. His engagement and care made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Alessandro is very nice and friendly! We were almost overwhelmed by his hospitality. He gave very detailed instructions for self check-in, the breakfast was very nice -- almost the best American style breakfast we've ever had in any hotels. He is always ready to help when we have any questions. Room servise is provided everyday, and the housekeeper does a great job in cleaning. Last but not least, great location, few minutes walk to the metro station, shopping area, and Vatican City. 100% recommend and will definitely live here again when we visit Roma next time.

Communication with the host was awesome. He was proactive reaching out to help us with the best way to reach the property. He also arranged for an early morning airport transfer on our departure day. He was always quick to respond and gave us lots of great recommendations. Awesome experience. BTW - The location is perfect to walk to the vatican and there is metro/train stop within a short walk. Several good restaurants are walkable... one we really liked is only 1 block away (Il Ragno d'Oro).

N/A - Everything met or exceeded our expectations

This is a lovely set up. Just 4 rooms with a shared breakfast area. Extremely clean and comfortable. And in a fantastic location! Slightly more residential and not so touristy. Our room was thoughtfully done, with lots of extra touches to make it comfortable and inviting. And a very nice selection set up for breakfast. Alessandro was lovely, and had everything organized for our later self check in. He was in constant communication, making sure we had everything we needed. And gave some wonderful recommendations locally. We only stayed one night… wished we had booked more nights! We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast. Excellent location for St Peter’s and Vatican Museums. And easy metro ride to Termini and Ancient Rome. A winner, all around.

No complaints at all!

My husband, two children and I stay in room 4 (family room) and it was perfect for our stay! Alessandro is a great host, and he is very helpful for everything you need! He gives detailed instructions for checking in and answer the messages very fast! We saw him every morning and always made himself available to help if needed. He gave great tips for places to visit in Rome, out of the touristic area, restaurants, let us leave our bags there after the check out, and even booked a car service for us which was cheaper than Uber! The rooms are well decorated, and cleaned every day. The breakfast is very good, having everything you need inside the refrigerator and the kitchen area inside our room such as fruits, yogurt, juice, bread, ham, cheese, different types of cereal, cookies, coffee, tea, etc. The location is great, in a quiet residential neighborhood, 10 minutes away walking from the Vaticano and close to all other tourist area. We definitely recommend it! Thank You Alessandro for making our stay memorable!

This B&B is located really close to the Vatican. Only a minute walk from the metro station distance. So it is very convenient to visit every major place in Rome. Is a very central area but is a quiet area. The owner is very nice and explained everything how to get to the B&B and how to self check in. The room is very clean and furnished in style. There are also nice clean towels and soap and bath soap in the bathroom. The bed is very comfortable and we slept very well. Breakfast was prepared in the living room and can eat whenever you want.

Only bad thing was that I could hear everything from the next room. I was very tired but I couldn`t sleep right away because I heared noise from the next room. They came back really late and had a discussion that didn't stop in 10 minutes. But this was just an unfortunate case. It did not depend on the B&B.

The owner was very helpful as it was our first day in Italy and needed some guidance. It was great to know that we had someone on the other end of the line to help us with our questions. The facility was clean and spacious and in a great location. We also loved the continental style breakfast.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing that would have been a nice added extra is a little Bluetooth speaker either in the room or on the breakfast room just for some nice atmosphere when having breakfast or hanging out in the room.
