1) Fantastic Price / Value proposition. It was very hard to find facilities for 5 people at reasonable price even months before travel date. We were 2 pairs and 1 single person and all had it own isolated room. 2) Fantastic location. Since our primary goal was Vatican visit the apartment is 10 - 15 min walk away, also nearest metro station was 5-7 min away. Mini market right next to entrance door as well as several dining places. Host was very friendly and spoke decent english, which is not always usual. In general we were very happy about the above mentioned and for very good price like 30 EUR per person per night (incl city tax).

Some minor things to consider: 1) Very bad noise isolation. 2/3 bed rooms had windows to the main street and it was very loud, especially during the mornings when the garbage trucks picked up trash and general traffic intensified. So if you are light sleeper you will wake up early. This was I guess the biggest downside of the apartment. 2) The photos reflect the the same situation but looks much better than in real life due to lighting and filters. Furniture is pretty old and looks depreciated. But to be fair it was not a problem at all. 3) Check out is at 10:00, so the owner will check in at 9:30, so no late sleeping. But even considering above, the price / value ratio is very high.

Location was great, easy to access to the metro, supermarket, and main landmarks of Vatican and the rest of Rome. The apartment was clean, confortable and nice in general.

The host attitude (Alessandra) was not nice at all, since she was a little bit rude at the moment of check in, when we asked questions about some amenities and electrodomestics and when she asked to pay the tax in cash.

Great location, very spacious apartment in a nice building with roman charm. Perfect mattеresses and bed linen. Lively environment, with Vaticano Museums are just around the corner. At the same time, you live away from the crowded routes, and can enjoy quiet rest at night.

I would dare to recommend some upgrade or renovation for furniture and sanitary fixtures and fittings.

The location is great 15 min far from Vatican by foot and 5 min far from the metro. The apartement is roomy. The size is not even distributed but for 5 days.

The flat could have shampoo in the bathroom, more toilet paper, landry detergent/soap The kitchen could have peper, oil, salt, ..(they were few dishwasher caps left)...things you don't want to buy and you cannot bring back by plane. It's rather cheap compare the rent/the taxes. The area is away from big roads/no tram, no buses) but it is quite noisy : garbage collectors at 5 am nearly every day, lot of young peaple/ young travellers.
