The location is amazing, steps away from the metro stop, St Peter's Square, Castel San Angelo, and a main shopping street. The place is on a quieter street, with a big room, nice clean bathroom and delicious breakfast. The breakfast was a menu that you chose two drinks and two items of food from. We chose the ham and cheese toast and a fried egg, which was delicious. It's basic but we actually really enjoyed it! There was loads of space in the room. For the price, the location is amazing! I would recommend this to a friend and stay again, even with a few mishaps.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, there seemed to be a mattress topper that kept moving, but it was manageable. The shower temperature was temperamental, it was hard to get it to be just warm and not too hot or cold. The shower door was slightly broken as well, but it was still usable. We felt a bit rushed out of the room in the mornings, they clean the rooms all in a certain time window so they need you out to do that.

The room was very spacious and the staff was adorable. Additionally, the location is really great (beside the metro and walkable distance from the Vatican and the Centro Storico). The ratio price/quality is excellent.

According to the friend who stayed with me, the area is a bit noisy - but as I sleep with earplugs I was not bothered at all. The bathroom was a bit outdated (but then given the offered price, it is acceptable). Limited options for breakfast but you get served a fried egg and a ham and cheese toast that are warm and homemade if you ask for it, so not bad either.

The bedroom was nice and big, the beds were good, we stayed 2 nights and that was good enough, the bathroom was ok, had space to put your stuff in, breakfast was nice! Good to start the day. The instructions on how to get there and everything was amazing! Had no issues finding the place and getting into our bedroom and location was great! Walking distance to the Vatican.

The shower was just a bit small if you are used to big showers and the water dripped a bit in the floor.

Andrea the host was so helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Lovely little apartment - very clean and comfortable. Andrea also offered and gave us permission to store our luggage after we checked out which we were most grateful for. The location was excellent too- right beside Ottaviano Metro Station and just around the corner from the Vatican. Coffee shop next door and right beside a lovely shopping district.

Location was perfect, only a few minutes walk from the metro so attractions were super accessible. Plus, being near the Vatican made it easy to access as well. The room was spacious and spotless upon arrival and cleaned everyday. Shower was good temperature and good water pressure. Staff was friendly, super helpful and let us keep our luggage there and gave us travel cot upon request.

Getting into the B&B was a bit of a bind as had to use 3 keys and a code to access the room, which was harder to do as we had a pushchair with us. Breakfast was just average which is ok but bigger portions and toast options were limited (could only choose toast + what you wanted with it instead of it counting as one thing).

The Staff,Andrea, was very helpful and accommodating.He assisted us very well during our stay. The room was clean and bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is served on time as requested. What i like the most was it is strategically located close to Vatican City, many restaurants nearby and as well to subway station.

The walls are not soundproof so you can hear the noise from the corridors.

Andrea, the host, was a huge help right from the start. The checking in was the easiest that we have ever had. The room was comfortable, with all the necessities provided. The room was spotlessly clean. For breakfast there was a nice choice, and very delicious too. The B&B is literally around the station Ottaviano, with a lot of very good restauranta in the area. Thank you so much Andrea......we will be back !

There was nothing to complain about.

The host was really kind. We stayed with our 4 month old baby, they put a crib in to our room for free. Our flight left early in the morning - before the breakfast time - they left croissants and orange juice in the room the night before. :) I can only recomend this place.

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Very good people! Sandro gave us a map and some tips for visiting the city. Luca was impeccable with the reception. Great location, close to the metro and the Vatican and Sant Angelo castle. Very beautiful area! Take the opportunity to walk!

lack of access for people with reduced mobility. From what I understood, the elevator didn't work. Confirm with the hosts.
