The location was quiet and very conveniently near the metro line to visit Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Termini Station. Also the staff were friendly and helpful, the room always nice and clean, and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast was simple but tasty! Very convenient to have on a day when we needed to leave town early.

The a/c was great to have but it never felt cold (by American standards) in the room. The water in the shower got unexpectedly hot and cold on the final day of our stay but was otherwise fine.

I loved the decor of the guest room. The owners and interior designers put a lot of love in designing the rooms with personal character details. The day time front desk services till 3 p.m were extremely accommodating. The replacement after him helped me out by coming in my room to try to fix an issue once. On the whole all staff were extremely polished and professional. All I suggest to receive five stars.

An English movie channel.

Stayed in the Single room for 2 nights in late Feb. Location was very convenient - near the metro and uber also works. Many eateries and grocery nearby. Area of the room and toilet is fine for single person with security vault, comfy bed & pillow, and heating. There is airconditioner in the room but the remote control is not in the room (probably only given in the summer). Please be minded that shower area might be too tight for some as there is not much room to shift around. Power sockets are limited so I would suggest to bring some kind of power brick with multiple usb sockets. Wifi is working although there were times it is erratic. Very friendly staff. Would stay here again when I'm back in Rome.

Only wish I had is that it has a water kettle in the room for boiling water. As it is probably an old building, I can hear noises from the other room clearly including the bangings. But that is not the fault of the hotel and other guests can sometimes be inconsiderate.

Great location with walking distance to the Vatican and well connected to the center, by bus and metro (Ottaviano station few steps away). A small supermarket is close by and also restaurants, bars, ice cream shops etc. In general the area around the hotel (Prati) seemed very safe. The room I stayed in was very clean, AC worked perfectly, the bed was comfortable. There’s a safe in the closet as well and a power socket (no USB). The bathroom was equipped with a hair dryer, soap/body wash and towels. The water from the tap is safe to drink. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel also offers breakfast.

The walls are quite thin so if you have noisy room neighbours that could be a problem for a light sleeper. Heads-up, there is a city tax to be paid (5€ per person per night) as per Italian law

Beds were comfortable and the place was kept spotlessly clean. Extremely great value for money and nice location in Rome. Everything mostly within walking distance and not far from public transport links.

Air conditioning can take a while to kick in and the room we had was quite small so room was like a hot box, but after a while it was fine after leaving the air conditioning running.

Very good location, clean room. Good value for money. There is no 24x7 reception, but it doesn’t create any problems. Tap water is drinkable and good taste. Breakfast is offered for 7.5eur, but it may be better to go for breakfast to one of many places located around

Shower was little bit a problem - water is either too hot, or too cold, difficult to regulate to a good temperature.

The staff were super nice to us, and the location was very nice as it was right in front of the bus stop and the train station. Especially that one metro was very useful as we can take it to go to all the tourist attractions. And the room decoration was very pretty, we enjoyed the room.

I think the wall is too thin, we could literally hear all the conversations happening in the next room. Sometimes they were talking at 6:00 am which is okay if you do not mind, but we were still sleeping and were waken up by their noise.

Small rooms but had everything needed. Clean and very fresh, AC was working fine, we get the controller since temperature was very high. Personel was very helpful, we could check in 2 hours before actual check in time. Great, quiet neighborhood full of italians, not so many tourists. Streets were empty on sunday morning.

You could hear other people in hotel, not very loud though, although for some people it can be irritating. For us it was not disturbing at all.

The location was good for Vatican city, we were able to take a short walk there. Also very close to the Metro, so very conveniently located. Room was clean, there was an elevator and air conditioning.

The Room and bathroom were very small. The door on the shower would not close all the way so always had an abundance of water on the floor. However, it was cleaning and conveniently located, so just observations rather than complaints. :)

Very helpful staff, extremly kind. They were ready to give as advice about anything we asked. Also they arranged us a drive back to the aeroport and tried their best to get us the tickets to Vatican museums. Room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. The location was perfect. Just two stations away from the walking area from were you can see all the main attractions. Metro station just in front of the hotel so as the bus station if necessary. Felt very safe.

Everything was fine. We would stay there again.
