The location of the property is very convenient; just next to the Ottaviano metro and a few minutes walk to the Vatican City with lots of shops along the way. The room was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable in sleep in. And great communication with the host. Detailed instructions on how to get the keys and enter the property, etc. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The room we stayed in was very roomy. Clean and the bed was very comfortable. We could open the window and look out to the street and watch the hustle and bustle of Rome. The Metro station is right out side the door and the location was perfect for walking to the Vatican.

We liked everything and the host was accommodating to our needs. Very responsive.

The location is perfect! It is in the center of everything we need....when you go out,the metro station is right there...restaurants are everywhere...The basilica is just walking distance. The room is sooo big for me and my husband, super clean and Mr. Tiberio is sooo nice and accomodating, even his cleaner. When i asked for an extra time coz we were caught in a long queue, they both readily agreed.

Perfect location. Quality sleep is very important on holiday. The beds were extremely comfortable and the room was very clean. Our room was tastefully furnished and we were very pleased. Riccardo was extremely helpful and supported all our needs.

We were very tired after walking around the city. At this point, the elevator was out of service, which made it a bit difficult for us. Our room was on the second floor, so it was good. Despite this, we were still very pleased.

Nothing. Since it is in a busy location, I thought we might be uncomfortable with the noise but windows isolates most of the noise and we didn't have any issues. Make sure to send a message through Booking.com before you arrive so that they can send you self check in instructions. They forgot it and we waited outside for a few minutes :)

Very nice and comfortable.. and the staff were very helpful and friendly guys. We decided to stay there for another day so booked city view room … waiting for change the room . The room was very clean and quiet as well .. what else needed 👌 just suggesting small things to make it perfect it’s need little bin . That’s all 😊 would recommend to everyone and definitely come back here whenever we comeback.. thank you guys

Very good location, the owner was very kind and available for communication in case we needed anything. We loved our stay and would happily visit it again.

At first, there was no evidence the residence was in the building, we didn't find the name at the entrance. We called the owner and everything turned out to be fine, there's just no sign or bell.

New renovated room with a bathroom, terrace and facilities for making a tea or coffee. Very comfortable and clean accomodation. And very near the Ottaviano metro station. Good connection with everything in Rome. I would choose San Pietro Prestige Rooms for another stay in Rome, that's for sure.

Everything good.Clean room, huge TV with YouTube access, good Wi-Fi, comfortable beds with soft pillows. Quick and clear entry, with quick feedback.

The balcony is a bit dirty and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is noisy.

Fantastic location. Lovely view from bedroom window. Bright, warm & spacious bedroom. Only a 15mins walk from the accommodation to the Airport BusStop. We will definitely stay there again the next time we return to Rome. The lift is very handy for bringing luggage upstairs:)
