Location is the definitely the best I could get. It is literally in front of the door. The Metro name is Ottiviano. A bus stop is also near, around 1minute walk. The room is what I expected and the room size did not bother me since it was a stay of 1 night. The accommodation has everything you want to find in the area (Coffee shops, pharmacies, restaurants and gluten free shop as well). Also the Vatican is only 10mins on foot!

Although it did not bother me, the room can get a bit noisy from the street. The room has only a small fridge and no electric cattle for a quick coffee. The internet speed was approx. 6mbps to 10mbps and does not cover all the room.

I like the staff (Giulio) which was very accommodative upon my arrival. Able to check us in earlier and allow us to temporarily store our bags upon check out before heading back to the airport for the last round in Rome city. The location is great where the Vatican City is just 500m away, the Metro station just next door, and for halal foods just down the property and across it. Easy to navigate and the room is spacious!

We had a great stay. The staff are friendly. Check in and check out were easy and flexible. We left out luggage stored for free after check out. The location is perfect. The metro station is few steps away. Rooms cleaned on daily basis upon request. Highly recommended especially for budget travelers looking for a good place to stay in near the main attractions. The location is near the subway station and you can get very easily to the tourist attractions. It is near the Vatican and a lot of shops, restaurants and etc. It was clean and comfortable, the host was polite.

At first I booked room with 2 separate beds, but the owner placed me in other room, which I did not like and it was not my booking , but after he saw , that he has mistaken, he apologised and the other day the room was changed with the right one.

Marco was a very kind host. Even though we arrived just before midnight, he came out to greet us and walked us to the room. The place was great considering the price we paid - it was clean, beds were comfortable, soundproofing from the street noise was really good. We could leave our luggage after check-out and pick it up after finishing up our remaining activities in Vatican City - that was very convenient :) The place is literally 15 meters from the Ottaviano metro station.

Good size room , clean . Surprisingly quiet , given it overlooked a main road , however it had triple glazing which kept the noise out . Location next to the Metro was good & it's a walkable distance to the Vatican . Also a really good breakfast place round the corner "Euro bar "

One slight gripe was the curtains were very thin . When in Rome , the room could have done with some roman blinds .

Great location, next to buses and metro station. Short walking distance to the Vatican, St. Peter's Basilica and Castle St. Angelo. We were able to leave our luggage earlier than the check in. Easy check in and the owner was very friendly. There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Around 30 min walk to Trevi fountain. The night bus is next to the hotel if you have to catch an early flight.

The bathroom could have been cleaned up better and the third bed in the room was a foldable one which wasn't very comfortable, but I do recommend the hotel.

the property is close to all the places that we wanted to visit within Rome. If we wanted to go somewhere else the Metro is just right outside the property. Rooms are very clean and is being cleaned everyday during our stay. Marco was very helpful and explained everything to us when we met him. He was very patient and waited for us because we arrived super late. He even contacted us the day before to confirm things which we think is very considerate. He was also very accommodating during our stay

The location was perfect – quiet yet close to all the sights. The room was clean, spacious, and cozy. Marco was incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very comfortable and welcome throughout our stay.

There was nothing we didn’t like – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

Spent five nights, great location for a reasonable price. Responsive staff, fast communication, check in/check out quickly, without any problems. Daily cleaning. The room has a mini fridge, TV, heater, hair dryer. The neighborhood is safe, many cafes, shops, subway 5 seconds away.
