The hotel was clean , quiet at night , very friendly host 👍🏾 would recommend.

The only missing thing is safe to lock the important things

It near to metro and Vatican City. Easy to reach and roam around. Neat and clean. Silent and calm.

They don’t have regular check in system and staff. The gentleman detailed for check in/ out is probably dealing with number of other properties also. It’s very painful to remain mentally stretched in uncertainty that check in staff will not be available even at given timing of 2pm - 8 pm. For any adjustment in check in they ask for extra amount. You need to disturb your entire travel plan just for this complicated and unfriendly check in issue.

The room is great, as in the photos, comfortable and clean. The young man who welcomed us is very nice, polite and helpful. He suggested a restaurant without us even asking. And when we asked the best way to get to the airport, they were also super helpful.

The building is a bit old and dusty in the hallway, which gives the impression that it will be bad inside. What I really thought was bad was having to schedule a time to check in, I hadn't seen that in the hotel description. As I didn't know what time I would arrive, it ended up being a problem for me as he wanted this information in advance. And when I chose a time, he said he would be there at another time, which left me very confused.

Great location, really close to Vatican City and restaurants. The area is pretty nice and close to the metro station. The room was really clean when I checked in and the staff was really welcoming!

The frame of the shower doors needs maintenance. At some point the water was flooding outside the shower. However, for me that wasn't a big issue since it only happens once. Also, water pressure isn't the best in the shower but is not something I was concerned about.

The staff was really nice and friendly. The property is very quiet. The location is good as it is near a metro station and Vatican City, as well as the airport shuttle bus station. There are many restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the only unsatisfied thing is the Wi-Fi network failure, while it is not so annoying as I went out during the most time of a day.

Wi-fi was not working, which was an issue because there was a very weak mobile phone signal inside the apartment (my apartment was situated opposite the street, maybe it was better on the other side).

I stayed for 3 nights and at night Rome gets a little hot, the ari conditioner was there but there was no remote control to operate it. We only got the remote control at the last night. Other than this, everything was Ok.

Location is awesome, close to metro, close to Vatican and lots of restaurants around. It was nice and clean, warm room, small bathroom, but exactly what you would need for a city break. Room was cleaned every day, which was really nice. Our host had several recommendations for where to eat or where to go - as for first timers in Rome.

I think our reservation mentioned something about a breakfast, free or paid, but there is no such thing - we didn't need breakfast, as we wanted to check the restaurants around, but don't expect any breakfast. Also, you will find this in other comments - I think it is important to be mentioned somewhere in the description that if you are to arrive later than 8 PM - there is a 20 euro fee - which is fine, understandable, but I think it should be mentioned.

Those rooms are near to Vatican (on foot) and to Fontana di Trevi and Piazza di Spagna by the metro. The neighbourhood was safe and quiet, with many choices like bistros, osterias even McDonalds and kfc.

I think they should provide the room with a small fridge especially for the summer and maybe some plates cutlery.

Everything was perfect. The city easily turned out to be the best we ever visited, and the host was super nice and very helpful. The place was clean and tidied up every day. The location is very nice, we never used train and were able to go everywhere by foot. Thank you very much 😊
