Accomodation was great - room with bathroom, coffee machine and mini fridge. In front of the room is common area with kitchen. It was cleaned every day and in general evwrything eas clean. For two of us it was spacious enough. Room was cozy as the rest of the apartment area. In apartment area there are 3 rooms with the common kitchen area so it is suitable for bigger groups as well. Even we had one room we did not hear other guests. Communication with owner was easy. Apartment is located 8 to10 minites light walk from Vatican city and 30 minites light walk from Piazza del popolo and suraunding sites. Area look really safe and we enjoy the walk. Accomodation is on 3rd floor but building has a lift, so it is easy to access. The location is in big street, which was not noisy. Metro station Ottaviano is 20 m from the apartment. In area there are a lot of coffee shops and restairants.

Great location! Metro 2 minutes away. Nicoletta's constant support in all troubles without delay. Help with any of our requests. We stayed for 5 nights. Room cleaning every day. We fell in love with Rome, and this place of our stay and the care of the owners only added to our wonderful impressions! Grazie mille.

In winter the floors are cold, so take slippers, they are not provided in the room. But this is not a minus, we didn’t think about it ourselves. But if there was an option for disposable hotel slippers, that would be great.

Location is very good. Metro and bus lines are very close by and there are abundance of very nice restaurants, coffee shops and some other shops, like clothing, jewelry etc. Vatican is short walk away and all the other major attractions are reachable using the metro or the busses. Unfortunately Ottaviano metro station, which is basically downstairs closed up for renovation mid our holiday. Ofcourse this is not Ale & Niki's fault. Owners were very friendly and helpful with whatever questions we had. Does not matter is it about the city, public transport or the housing. Definitely we will be returning to Rome at some point and this pleasant experience with the housing was major part of that decision.

Room sound proofing is not official hotel levels, but that is kinda given since we are talking about normal apartment building. Other than that everything about our room was easily 4-star level hotel equilevant.

This is my second stay with Ale and Niki and I would happily stay there again. Location is amazing, right off the Ottaviano metro station, so rather quick to get around Rome. I love the exterior of the building with the giant statues and always enjoy a ride in the tiny elevator to get the their floor. Room was large and comfortable. Clean, quiet, some food for snack/breakfast. Very convenient to Vatican, groceries, shopping. Good communication and easy to get access/keys. It's just like having a second home in Rome.

Great room in a lovely and less explored neighborhood in Rome. Very clean and comfortable with storage space, air conditioning, kettle, fridge, and coffee maker! It was extremely easy to check in ourselves with the provided instructions, and the room was easy to access. The area was also nice and quiet, so we had a very good sleep every night! The surrounding neighborhood is not very touristy, so there are lots of authentic restaurants and cafes to try. Walking distance from many parks and churches, and close to the Vatican. Luggage storage was also available, so we were able to spend another day exploring Rome before catching our evening train. We would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Although there is a metro station about 200m away, we were disappointed to discover that the closest station is currently undergoing renovations and will be closed until October. Obviously this is just one of those things that happens, and we did not mind walking to the next closest station, which was only 10 minutes away, but it is something to keep in mind for those with limited mobility.

The property is located in a great location, right next to subway station! and is around so many markets and restaurants. The building was easy to find, even though is a lot of stairs but thankfully theres a small elevator. The staff was very helpful and communicative, they do talk a bit fast but we had absolutely no issues with understanding. There is 3 codes you need to remember to enter the building and to your room, it could get confusing but is manageable when you write it down, and it makes the place feel very secure. The place is gorgeous, it has a beautiful view to the street, the room is very spacious, the staff provided coffee and water for us. No noise woke us up, and the beds were comfortable, we had a peaceful sleep. The whole space was decently clean, and staff was wonderful, I will definitely come back.

The shower is very very small, but it was manageable. I can see how more built people might need to keep the door open to be comfortable.

The location is superb! Metro station is about 200 ft from front door. Vatican City is about a 10-15 minute walk. Lots of shopping, restaurants and amenities near by. Room was good size for the two twin beds it had. Room and bathroom were very clean. Sheets and towels were clean and good quality. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to any request. I was able to do early check in because my room was ready.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the rooms are cleaned daily. The cleaning staff were VERY honest. I left a few euros out as a tip one day and they were still there when I returned to my room later that evening. I had to say at checkout that I intentionally left the money to be taken. I also did not realize that the door needed to be locked upon leaving, and the cleaning woman kindly scolded me for that the next morning. I deserved that!

It's easy to hear noise from the hallway but it usually does not last long. It only ever happened in the morning when I was up and awake anyway. It was always very quiet at nighttime. The hallway noise is just a very minor issue, though. Overall I would be happy to stay here again!

Good location, whether by bus or subway. There are McDonald's and Carrefour convenience stores nearby. The room is very tidy and the landlord is very friendly! It's very clean during the stay, and someone will clean it every day. The elevator is very European! Coming from Asia, we feel very novel. The elevator can accommodate two people and all our luggage! This is good!It's close to the Vatican Church, and there's another gelato nearby. You can explore its location in Google map. We came back very late one day, and the nearby streets were very safe, and no suspicious people were staying (at the same time, I have to mention that the McDonald's opposite was open)😋😋

The location was close to restaurants, shops, the metro. Easy walking to the Vatican and doable if walking across the river to other sites. Also, the place felt homey and welcoming. Bathroom was nice and bed was comfy. There was also a small common area with a small kitchen area, couch, games and sweet treats.

The way are located on a busy street so it can get a little noisy but the window is double pained and seals tightly. The curtains are sheer so if you need a dark room you will need to wear eye shades.
