The staff were extremely kind and helpful, assisting us with everything we needed. The place felt like home – very safe, with multiple secure doors leading to the rooms, which gave us extra peace of mind. The location is also excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the train station just a short walk away.

Everything was good overall. The location is very close to the Vatican, but it’s a bit far from some of the other historical sites in the city. However, there’s a nearby train station, and you can reach most places within 30 minutes or less, which makes it quite convenient.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel in Rome. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican and close enough to walk to all the main sights like Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain, and the Colosseum. What really made our stay special was the staff — they were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or anything we needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome!

The location was amazing! Everything is close by, also there is a metro and a bus station and it can get you anywhere. So it was super helpful. The stuff was absolutely amazing, they helped with everything and made every request possible. They also held our bags after the check out!! 10/10 would recomend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel very welcome. Our room was nice, I loved the interesting design and the beautiful building. They cleaned our room every day, and changed our towels every other day, which was amazing! The location is great, as it's close to the Ottavian metro station, the Vatican, and plenty of shops and restaurants. For us, it was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! The only thing that could be improved is perhaps the shower which was a little old in our room. But overall, it was a wonderful room.

It would have been nice to have a coffee maker. And there was a couple of spots on the floor where the wooden slats were coming up that were dangerous.

Toilet water flush system sometimes ran for way too long, shower drainage was blocked so every time when we took a shower it filled up with dirty water.

The best place to stay in Rome. Najlepsze miejsce w Rzymie. Polecam bardzo. I liked everything. The owner is Super helpful, open and kind, a gentleman. The personnel is very nice too. The location is superb, 5 steps to the Metro station. You can easily go everywhere from this place, on foot, by bus, metro. Also 10 minutes walk to St Peter's basylique. The room was huge, cosy, and the building nicely renewed. If I come back to Rome I definitely will use this address again. :) Recommend.

Just the view from our window was not excellent...but never mind, we were always around town anyway 🤗
