The location was very convenient. The host Joseph was very helpful.

Just 10 minutes walk from Vatican and 3 minutes from Rome Metro. Can reach anywhere in the city in half an hour. The owner is very friendly and accommodating.

I asked for a double bed and instead I got two single ones. Dissapointed! When we arrived we wanted to open the window but the owner told us that the previous guests broke the handle and he is not going to fix it.

It is more hostel than luxury rooms. The room is small, bed and tv only. Very small window that opens to the view of other buildings in the distance of couple of meters...No space to relax after walking of the streets of Rome. The biggest issue is that the rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything, absolutely everything that comes from other rooms that are beside and above you. There were nights I couldn't sleep till 4am. On top of the things the booking price doesn't include city tax. So at the entry, staff welcomes you with the card machine and charges you 7euro per night extra. I don't recommend this place.

The property was overbooked, and I had to make an initial call to have the door unlocked. Despite waiting for 15 minutes for the receptionist to open the main door, we were ultimately informed that the room had already been reserved. My check-in experience was utterly disappointing, and I would rate it as a zero-star experience. It felt like a complete waste of time.
