The property was tastefully decorated, well maintained and very clean. It has sufficient space for three to four people. The bathroom is clean and spacious. We were very happy for the convenience of supplies (eg, small washing-up pack, coffee/tea, etc) so that we didn’t need to repeatedly visit the express supermarket (one 250 metres away; a better stocked one 400 metres away). There are cupboards/closets to hang clothes and store carry-on suitcases; crockery/cutlery/glasses/mugs; electric kettle, hotplates, pan & pot; microwave; toaster and Nespresso espresso machine. The apartment is directly above the Ottaviano Metro station (but no noise in the apartment from the Metro). The apartment is a 750 metres flat walk along a wide pedestrian boulevard/mall to the centre of St Paul’s Basilica Piazza. There are many restaurants nearby. The property’s photos accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed. We’re very grateful for the help into the apartment by the property staff.

A washing machine and drying rack would have made this a fantastic property.

The location is great. it is within a very short walking distance to Vatican and not far from the most places of interest. There is a Metro station within less than a minute that could take you everywhere. Nearby you can find everything you need - restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The suite was amazing. Though it overlooks a main street leading to Vatican, it is quiet enough. The facilities inside are wonderful - free coffee pots as compliment, tea. The suit has everything you need to feel at home. The self check-in is more than easy. The host is taking care that everything is ok and always ready to help you.

Location, layout, ease to come in and out. Owner was communicative.

There are a few suites connected by a corridor, and the first night, we heard someone jiggling our doorknob. I think people from the other suites were not aware that there were separate suites. Not enough coffee or tea bags/ampoules, it was the last leg of our journey and we did not want to buy new packs. There were just enough for one drink a day; would have been nice to have a drink on waking up and one before bed. The cookies provided were so delicious though. The induction hob was not working.

Location is amazingly goood! Walk to Vatican City. The apartment is modern and updated, has basic things one needs to stay comfortably.

Once we got locked IN the hallway and couldn’t get out of the building - apparently due to faulty electronic door operation and that was momentarily scaring! The management worked with us via WhatsApp and finally we could get out.

The place is clean and close to Vatican. It is convenient to travel around as it's close to the metro, tram and bus stops.

The accommodation doesn't have it's own luggage storage before and after check in or check out for guests, but they do suggest some luggage storage nearby.

Location was perfect, right beside the Metro, making it very easy to get to and from the airport and around Rome. Surrounding area had lovely restaurants and shops and felt safe to roam around. Property was clean and adequately equipped for our short stay. The small kitchen facility was great for breakfasts and for making lunches and snacks for the kids to take with us on our travels around Rome.

Communication was clear from the start and owner/manager was very accessible and answered questions very quickly. We were given all information to access the property prior to our arrival which made check in and check out simple. Our unit, 2 bed/2 bath was more than enough to accommodate our family of 5. Unit was clean and modern, as pictured. The location also is fantastic. We even managed to get a parking spot right in front of the unit. This booking was definitely a bargain.

Everything was great. The only thing I would ask is to have tea along with the coffee as some people are tea drinkers like me.

Literally right next to the metro, can't get any more convenient than this. Access to the apartment was also uncomplicated and it had everything we needed. The communication line was always open and they responded swiftly to any requests.

The location was excellent for the Vatican and Metro station was just outside the door, bus stops we very close to the property too, plenty of shops nearby

The keypad on the handle was a little difficult to use, but understand why it is there and the security is reassuring! I did try to book transport from the airport and received confirmation, however it did not arrive to collect us and ended up having to get a taxi. It didn't ask for immediate payment so I was a bit suspicious that it wasn't going to be there, it was a bit disappointing to wait over half an hour to find out after we had been travelling 5 hours.

The location is awesome: so much near the Vatican, good restaurants and useful places like drug stores and markets! About 20m you will find the Metro, and if you plan to take a train to other cities, you just get the metro directly to Termini Station, so easy! The apartment is cozy, very well cleaned, spacious and beautiful!! Follow the tips to get in the apartment and you will enjoy a must-visit place to stay comfortable in Rome!
