The location was excellent, right by the metro stop and the Vatican walls. The neighborhood was full of restaurants and nice shops. The accommodation was cosy, clean and well equipped. Communication with the manager was smooth through the Whatsup with intermediate reaction. She came to meet us at the metro station. We were able to check in earlier than agreed. Although the accommodation is in a busy location, the apartment was situated on an inner courtyard and no traffic noises from the street could be heard at all. So the advantage of accessible accommodation with quiet surroundings. Overall great satisfaction with the accommodation, highly recommended!

In any big city, the most important position of the facility is the proximity to the metro station... this facility is literally at the station itself. Also, the proximity to the Vatican gives it an additional advantage compared to the others. It is an accommodation of three separate rooms, with a private bathroom, and a shared kitchen. For those who come for a few days, it is quite enough. Very clean accommodation, the owner very pleasant and helpful at all times. Regardless of the fact that it is a guest house, the service is that of a hotel (room cleaning every day, towel change, available hotel mini-equipment). Really an accommodation for every recommendation and when I come to Rome again I will definitely be a guest again.

Location is perfect in terms of both, reaching it from the airport (via SIT bus shuttle) or to reach main attractions in the city for a reasonable and pleasant walk. Simona the host was very responsive, helpful and provided us with necessary information and a bonus breakfast.

The elevator was a bit small (although expected) if you are with kids and are carrying more stuff with you. The bed and covers are acceptable for this type of property and price but can be better.

There was typical Italian apartment. We decided having breakfast in a new place every day. But there was a kitchen, so we could feel like at home. I thought first there should be just a hotel room, but it was an apartment. So lucky we, living 5meters from Ottaviano M station, 10 minutes from Vatican in a typical Italian apartment. Just recommended! Also was a surprise - we can get to the sea side 1 hour way from this apartment. Bus/M & train, 5 minutes walk and you swim in the sea in Rome)

Location was amazing, it is really easy to get there, and just really close to the Vatican Museum. Personel was amazing, Cecilia helped us so much. She has made the room ready earlier for us, and suggested near restaurants (which were all amazing). We had a problem but she covered it really quickly. Also our checkout day, we needed a place to leave our luggages and she helped with that too. Just amazing service, comfortable rooms, good complimentaries, everything was so good. DEFINITELY BOOK A ROOM FOR YOUR NEXT TRIP TO ROME!!

The location is outstanding! The room was pretty nice for the price.

There's some funky business going on with the property owner. The lady who acted as the property manager that received us was being fired while we were there and so she was not in close communication with the owner. And so, I received confusing communication from both the owner and property manager at the same time. The property manager was very nice to us. However I don't think we should have been exposed to their internal peoblems.

It was absolutely perfect. Exceptional location, excellent service made our stay unforgettable. The flat is located in the heart of the city, next to the metro. The bed was extremely comfortable! The host (Simona) was extremely friendly and helpful. Always available to answer our questions. We felt welcomed and looked after at all times. If we had the opportunity, we would definitely return here on our next visit. We would absolutely recommend it!

The location of this property was ideal. Within walking distance or a short taxi ride. With a missed flight myself and friend booked this properly the same day and the owners couldn’t have been more helpful. The bedding, mattress, pillows were the comfiest ever. We actually looked forward to going back and having a good nights sleep. With a coffee station and mini kitchen it was perfect. The place was immaculate, fresh, smelt amazing , everything and more! We had coffee pods, mini toasts, biscuits, jams. Wee packs with nail file, cotton bud/pads the lot! Could not recommend this place anymore!

The location was great, just across Ottaviano subway and walking distance to Vatican. We communicated very well with the staff, promptly and willing to help. The room was very clean. There are couple of complementary items (water, biscuits, coffee, tea). There is a shared kitchen with fridge, oven, nespresso machine at the same floor of the room, dedicated for the guests.

There were some issues with the airconditioning not functioning at full capacity, but the staff found a reasonable solution during our stay.

This property is on the third floor of a residential apartment building that is literally right next to the Octaviano metro station so it was super convenient for us coming from Roma Termini. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. We had great communication with Simona before our arrival for instruction on the self check in process and so everything went very smoothly. She also checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was ok. Thank you Simona. Our room was basic but very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean; the shower was a bit small but there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. There were also some snacks, coffee pods and bathroom amenities provided. The kitchen down the corridor has a coffee machine, fridge, stove and utensils - we only stayed 1 night so we only used the coffee machine. We had a good stay.
