The location can’t be beat! Just steps fr Vatican City! Prati has a calm, safe, hip vibe. Check in was smooth and efficient. Out hostess was friendly and available to answer any questions. My daughter and I are gluten free and Sara went out of her way to provide gluten free goodies for our arrival and breakfast. Our rooms was spotless and tastefully decorated.

This is not a hotel, but a guesthouse. The apartment has 3 separate guest rooms, each with a full bathroom. You share a kitchen with the other guests. It’s a little awkward.

Clean and tidy room with elegant design. Self-service breakfast with wide selection of snacks. Perfect location, close to Metro and bus stops, wonderdul Cafe at the corner. Could not have booked better accommodation for visitint Vatican. Luggages can be left at the corridoor before and after check-in, very kind and helpful host.

The walls are so thin that we could hear the neighbours arriving, opening the tap for shower, making tea and toast in the kitchen

The property is well located near Vatican City and all the shops and amenities. We were very pleased to meet Sara and her colleague, they were very welcoming and helpful. The room was very spacious and cosy, there was no noise from the street because the location of the rooms were in the back of the building. The breakfast was amazing and very rich. We will definitely return.

The accommodation was great. Great location, quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed our stay. We met the owner who checked if we had everything we needed and also allowed us to safely store our luggage after checkout until we had to leave for the airport. Thank you.

Instructions to enter the Dream City Property main door could have been clearer as key only goes in one way but once you know this it is fine.

Hostess was very helpful, room was cleaned every morning and breakfast was there waiting for us. Everything was neat and tidy.

The room we had was a bit small. As for the location, was very close to the vatican city but a bit far from trevi fountain, but there is a metro stop 2 minutes from the apartment so it's OK.

Location was excellent and the host was so helpful throughout my booking and my stay.

My room backed onto the kitchen/dining room which was a little noisy in the morning. It would not stop me returning in the future.

The facilities in the room were great, the aircon was a great feature as well as kettle, hairdryer and fridge. The room was cleaned everyday, the host was very responsive to text messages.

We didn't have breakfast there as it was self serve and basic but at number 3 just down the road was a fantastic bakery!

The woman at the reception is just wonderful, she told me everything, showed me everything, explained everything in detail, it was my first trip, so I was very impressed by such hospitality. It is clean, cozy, there is everything you need for a vacation and the location is pleasing)

Very good value for money! The room was spacious in a nice busy neighbourhood in walking distance from the Vatican. Breakfast was good enough to get us start the day. The host was very nice and extremely helpful with all our requests and gave us some very nice tips for restaurants!

The mattress was a bit too soft so not very comfortable.
