The location is a 12 minute walk from St Peter's Basilica. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. There is a metro, bus and shuttle buses to airport stops nearby. There is a fridge in the room and tea facilities. The staff were very helpful. Daniele, Cristina and Mrs Marie were all very helpful with my late check in and check out arrangements. There is air conditioning. The room is clean.

The room did not have breakfast offered but there is a café across and lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The towels can be a bit too fluffy but other than great value for money.

Very good location close to metro station, bus stations and 10 minutes walk to Vatican city. Clean property with every day care. Very helpful and nice stuff. Cristina was our supportive virtual guide. Even the misunderstanding with the taxi to the airport was very well taken care by Cristina. She also suggested a few local restaurants which were far more delicious and cheaper than others close the tourist areas. TIP: use the TicketAppy application and buy a Roma Card to move around the city.

The room was small to facilitate four people. We had one double bed and one camp bed which was not so comfortable.

We liked the location close to metro and Vatican, the apartament was clean and the staff was very nice and professional. Possibility to leave the luggage was also a huge advantage if you have late flight.

The fridge that was in the room was too loud to sleep at night so we switched it off - didnt use it anyway so not an issue for us.. It was a bit cold at night - but there was air conditioning so we could heat the room a bit. Overall minuses were not significant - for that price totally acceptable and would come back again if we are in Rome i n the future.

Amazing, easy and flexible check-in, check-out system. Very responsive host. Location of this place is perfect (for the best walking tours in town, for the Vatican, metro, food, all you need. The neighborhood and the building itself are really lovely. Very safe area also at night for solo females). I loved the local tips Daniele shared with me! :) Very clean rooms. Also I want to warmly thank Daniele. He kindly accommodated my needs for a bigger room without charging me extra. I appreciate it because it shows the host cares for the guests, it is not all about money, and if he can do something to help, he does it. Besides the no extra-charge, I acknowledge he could have said he didn’t have any bigger rooms available and I would have stayed there anyway and could have not complained anyway. Thank you!

Nothing to complain about.

I can't recommend it enough since you get more than you pay for regarding space, location and access. Christina and the staff there were very friendly and always responded upon need. Bed mattresses towels sheets everything was clean and the bathroom was good as well. Location is absolutely incredible since it's near the Vatican but also in a safe neighborhood ( let's call it midclass to say the least.) Rome can be sketchy at night in some places , definitely not there ...

We had a very pleasant experience with our stay. The host Daniele’s communication was great with clear instructions on how to access the apartment and he was super accommodating with our late check-in and leaving our luggages after check-out. The location is walking distance to Vatican and the apartment is inside a traditional old building with Roma style tall wooden entry door. It was very clean. We regret that we could only stay one night.

The stuff was very kind, friendly and helpful. 10/10 for Cristina! :) Area is calm and quiet. Location is very well connected to the airport. The accommodation was very clean. Breakfast is in the near by caffe and it was a traditional Italian brakfast (coffee&sweet croissant).

The room was very small - one bed + bathroom. For those who not eat sweet breakfast - coffee and sweet croissant is not a good and satisfactory breakfast offer.

Everything was just perfect! The the location is very good and central (near the subway station, 10 minutes walking from Vatican and 15 minutes walking from the Castel Sant'Angelo). The neighborhood is full of good restaurants and cafés but at the same time quiet, safe and calm. The apartament is very clean and comfortable. Daniele is very nice and always willing to help. I could recommend Mulini A Vento to everyone - it was ideal place to spend few beautiful days in Rome.

They came to receive me at 21:45 without any extra charge according to the information given that you are allowed to check-in until 00:00. That was good, seeing how the situation is here in Rome. As I understand from reading the profiles of several ‘hotels’ in Rome, arriving after 18:00 is something that is penalized and not all of them even mention that fact explicitly. I think Booking.com should make clear that all information should be given in the profile, inclusive how much the place will charge in order to send someone to open the door.

Great location - very close to Vatican, Metro station nearby, nice neighborhood. Great service - very helpful and responsive service. Everything well explained and properly set up before arrival. Good value for money - the room itself is pretty basic, but offers all the most important features. What positively surprised us - it was super quiet. We didn’t hear anything and slept super well.
