The room was just super cute and enough room for 2. Facilities were great, fridge, microwave and cooking facilities if you need. Bathroom was quirky and very clean. Little supermarket just around the corner and also a laundromat close if you need to do washing. Plenty of gorgeous restaurants around, can't go wrong for a beautiful meal. Close to walk to all of the Vatican must do's. Make sure you book in advance for tours!! This little gem of a property is highly recommended and the host was just lovely. Definitely outweighs staying in a squishy 17m² hotel room. No noise so a good night's sleep was easy.

The property is close to the Vatican City and in a neighbourhood with good restaurants and shopping. The metro is a few minutes walk away and the major sites easily accessible. The studio apartment is stylish and comfortable. The bed is medium/soft, the couch comfy and the water pressure is good. Internet is good for streaming (tv has no English channels). The kitchenette is functional. Nice treats on arrival and the host is easy to communicate with. Great place to stay for a few days in Rome.

Location is very excellent. It’s right next to the metro and well located in Vatican City. 10 min walk to Vatican Museum/ St Peter’s Basicilla. Nice touches in terms of kitchen amenities to make it feel more like a home

Photo shows an oven but there isn’t an oven anymore. It’s been replaced with a dishwasher. We were hoping to use the oven to cook so bought groceries for oven cooking so was disappointed to see we couldn’t. Room could get quite cold as heating system is set on their own timings. We found that we were out a lot of the time when the heating was on (6pm-10pm) and inside when the heating was off (10pm-11am) although there’s a slight window in the early morning when it was on but we’d be sleeping (6-8am). It’d be better if we could decide when we wanted heating ourselves. Bathroom could also be very cold

Lovely little gem, has everything you need. Great location for the Vatican, for excellent restaurants, and a fab little underground pub! Close to metro too. Also, there is a great cafe next door, seemed to be open on weekdays only.

Noise from the restaurant didn't bother us at all, but worth noting you can hear this.

Fabulous location, and really lovely accommodation, the owners have gone the extra mile and giving you those nice little finishing touches, I definitely go back.

Probably not a fault of the apartment, more that it was so very hot when we were in Rome but the Aircon didn’t seem powerfully enough.

David’s apartment was in a fantastic location. Only a short walk from St Peter’s Square. During our stay we were able to walk to all of the historic sights. For those who don’t want to walk that far it is only a short stroll to the Metro Station and taxi rank. The apartment was welcoming and well equipped- a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the quieter neighbourhood with local businesses and restaurants.

Absolutely loved our stay here! the apartment was so charming, the location is absolutely perfect and the host was excellent! they met us at the door, gave us helpful information, had cakes waiting for us and we’re always clear and prompt with communication. I would be more than happy to stay here again.

The noise from the kitchen next door was very loud till late at night, not recommend for light sleepers.

We liked the location and accommodation was pleasant and functional.

Accommodation was attached to a very popular restaurant kitchen wall so noise could be an issue if you want to sleep before midnight. Room is smaller than it looks in photos but pleasant enough.

Good layout, super clean, had all the facilities needed. In a good location and neighbourhood, close to a Metro station and the Vatican for those tours.
