I can’t praise this property highly enough. The building is a beautiful old residence in a wonderful location. The room is modern and beautifully decorated. We felt at home straight away and this property was the beginning of a wonderful trip. Check in was easy and Renata was so very helpful and caring. There is a very good bakery at the corner of the street and the Vatican is minutes away. Ten out of ten to Vatican suits and thank you to Renata and his staff for making our trip unforgettable and magical.

Excellent communication from Renato with full instructions for checking in late evening. Very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, A/C, and good WiFi. There is slight confusion about the description of 'coffee shop' on site. This, in fact, was a tea and coffee-making station with kettle and coffee machine on the communal landing. 4 minute walk to Metro (Ottaviano) and excellent cafe for breakfast. Gusto restaurant also highly recommended.

First time in Rome, I expected a bit better location based on reviews of others. Also, I wished I had more detailed explanation from the host how to get to the building from the metro, since my navigation didn’t work and I got lost a bit looking for the building with a heavy luggage. Too crowded area near the metro station.

Fantastic stay! The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with comfortable rooms that made our stay absolutely relaxing. Its location is ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. There are many nice cafes and restaurants in this neighborhood for breakfast, cocktails, or dinner. Highly recommend it for a worry-free and enjoyable experience.

Everything as it should be. Super clean, modern, quiet yet powerful AC, great service from the host, remote checkin/checkout. When (not if, but when!) I come back to Rome I will choose this apartment again without a single doubt!

One smallish minus for lack of any glasses/cups - only small paper disposable cups available. If you wish to delect some local roman wine or just refreshing juice after long day of visiting the city you really want to have a decent glass.

Spacious and cozy room. Conveniently located near the metro station and the Vatican. Responsible and friendly staff – the shower handle was broken, but they came and fixed it within a few hours. Finally: I’d rate it a 10/10, my wife rates it 8/10.

1) The only mirror was in the bathroom - I recommend adding one in the room for guests' convenience. 2) Weak water pressure in the shower.

Clean and modern. Was able to check in later in the evening which was much appreciated. Very quiet rooms (couldn't hear any other guests) and comfortable beds, nice warm showers with good pressure. Elevator which made things easier with our suitcases. Renato the host was very friendly and welcoming. Very close to a metro station.

Very minor but room was on the smaller side for 2 with big suitcases but fine for 2 nights

The place really nice and beautifully done, at first time came in we already amazed with the classic elevator, and the room spacious, bed also very comfortable. Thank you for Renato for being a great host, very responsive. Location best of the best.

The internet could be better.

Classic Italian building with an ancient elevator which was a lot of fun to experience. Modern room with working AC, fun lighting, large TV with Netflix channel options, comfy bed and pillows, modern bathroom with toothbrush, toothpaste, soap supplied. A good variety of welcome drinks. Renato contacting before arrival and available on WhatsApp and during the morning if we need anything. Room being cleaned daily and generous with towels, (Sorry for the nosebleeds!) Good wifi connection. Location between Ottaviano and Lepanto Metro stations: regular Metro and bus service only 3-8 minutes walk away (use Google Maps for bus stops and times), 10 minutes walk to Vatican city, 30 minutes walk to Piazza Nazona/ Spanish steps/ central rome, nearby cafe for breakfast pastries and coffee, takeaways and restaurant with halal food, souvenir shops, Carrefour express, safe feeling when walking around.

Shower didn't drain the first night but this was rectified by Renato and team in the morning, so nothing really.

Everything. We were fleeing from our first hotel and we managed to book this stay, and what luck that was. We were immediately contacted by them, since they would not be on premises when we would arrive. Everything was wonderful and easy. Our contact Renato answered every question quickly and just made us feel safe. The minibar was free, service was great, air con was wonderful, bed was comfy and clean. The neighbourhood was quiet and clean and near many great restaurants.

Nothing really, they were wonderful from the beginning, clean and nice.
