Very close proximity to the Vatican and other must see locations. Quiet part of Rome, very nice breakfast place with friendly owners. Renzo is very responsive in whatever we need. They go out of their way to please the guests.

Run out of hot water the first day but learned that if other guests have used the hot water for a long time then it will take awhile to get hot water again. We planned accordingly after that and no more issues about hot water from rest of the stay.

The apartment is not facing the street and is therefore quiet. Large room with en-suite. Plenty of space in bathroom as well. Very clean and sanitised. Warm water. King/queen size bed. Very good wifi connection. Kitchen and seating area next to reception. Expresso, coffee, tea .mineral water and snack readily available as self-service. Friendly, helpful owners. Highly recommended. Great location. Near Vatican and Metro. I will stay here again.

The location is excellent, close to the Vatican and with public transport available nearby at the Ottaviano bus station and the Ottaviano Metro station. The breakfast arrangement at a nearly cafe worked well, as did the arrangement for a taxi from the airport. The staff were very helpful, and arranged early check in after our overnight flight

It is a guesthouse, and not a hotel, so amenities and service were limited, but the price was also reasonable. Entrance is off the central courtyard and not obvious from the street, but being off the street meant that the rooms are quiet.

There wasn't any breakfast. Only coffee, which was good.

Something to eat for breakfast? My non-European two-prong plugs didn't charge from the wall sockets (to a USB Type C). The caretaker couldn't explain it or imagine why. I finally bought a similar local charger. Have not had this difficulty before (I lived in Rome). Anyway, not the end of the world!

Great location near the metro. There are a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Room amenities include good WiFi, a refrigerator, and a nice espresso machine in the common kitchen.

I wish there was body wash in the shower, but maybe this is not standard in Italy like it is in Germany and Czechia. The rooms are not very soundproof, but the residents were generally very quiet.

B&B is placed in a fantastic location 10 min walk to Vatican and 5 min walk to the nearest metro station. It has all you need and even kitchen facilities which allowed us to have our own breakfast by sourcing what we liked from the supermarket two doors down the street! The room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was nice and spacious. Our room was tidied up every day and towels changed when needed. The place was super quiet and all other guests respected each other. The owners made us very welcome and explained all we needed to know. Would go back there and recommended it 100%!

The only one small thing was the mattress, could probably do with an upgrade. Nothing else to mention, all well :)

The cafe (caffetteria dei gracchi) where they outsourced breakfast wasn’t very nice 👎. I had a racist experience there and in this day and age, one would expect better.

Great hotel location in a safe and clean area, only a short walk away from the Vatican City and the metro station. The rooms were comfortable and had all of the required necessities. The man at the reception was also very kind and helpful.

It’s in Prati neighborhood and it is close to Metro Ottaviano and many bars and restaurants. The property is clean and is in quiet street, the room is modern and cleaned daily. There are also water bottles available and breakfast in a near cafe. The property manager is also very nice.

Everything was fine: exceptional good location in quiet district, very clean, kitchen facilities (coffee machine, utensils and so on) were always available.

Although it was said that no prepayment was needed, the owner tried to charge some prepayment. Please, correct conditions on booking that caused problem for me
