Mario was a really excellent host . He was very warm and welcoming. Instructions were clear regarding how to access the property and the list of recommendations regarding good restaurants was much appreciated. The room was spotlessly clean , with tea / coffee making facilities , a fridge and a super shower . The location was excellent, within a few minutes walk from the Vatican and was within walking distance of the city centre .

The property overall was excellent but navigating the stairs out of the property early morning ( 5.45am for an early morning flight) was a challenge as a light switch could not be found . A sensor light would have been welcome.

This property was great, the room is spacious and everything was clean and tidy. We arrived a little early and host Mario was able to let us check in early. We never met the host but he was on hand on WhatsApp and very easy to contact, he provided us with all details making it easy to locate, and provided recommendations of places to eat - we tried one around the corner from the apartment and it was a great recommendation (I think it was called L’Archette). The bed was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was good and the shower had good power. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were appreciated. The room is cleaned every 3 days, we didn’t feel the need to have it cleaned as we were leaving the next day, however, in our absence we still received clean towels which was appreciated! It was also great having access to Netflix on the TV, after a long day of walking it was good to relax in the comfortable beds and watch some TV! The location was great, around the corner from the metro (around 5 minutes walk) and around 10 minutes walking to the Vatican. You can also walk to the centre in around 20/25 minutes which we did at times. Would also recommend the small bakery on the corner at the end of the street it was very cheap and had lovely items. The surrounding area has a lot of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. All in all, we had a great comfortable stay here and would definitely recommend to anyone! If we came back to Rome, we would stay again. Many thanks!

We liked everything!

Everything was perfect from the beginning. The detailed instructions upon reservation, and Mario, our host, responded quickly to all our queries. The building is clean and quiet. The room was clean, with a very comfortable bed. I took a photo from the room window so you can see and feel the atmosphere. The nice neighborhood and great pizza restaurant L'Archetto, just around the corner, made our stay even better. The great thing is that you can leave your luggage at the property and wander around Rome on your last day.

The garbage trucks were a little noisy while they were emptying the bins at night.

Location was excellent super-close to subway and Vatican. Lots of little extras that made the stay super- easy - aircon was excellent and not too noisy. Host was amazing, accessible and friendly Will be back!

A little instant coffee sachet to find amongst the teabags would be awesome but I had no complaints - it was awesome

I really enjoyed my stay in Elenoire Rooms & Suite. Room was looking exactly like on pictures. Room was really clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and last day we could leave our luggage after checking out. Location is really amazing, close to metro and walking distance to center of the Rome. Nearby you can find good restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Contact with owner was amazing, we got all needed information before coming in and in our last day. Really recommend this place!

All was amazing.

Mario was extremely helpful from the time of booking and through our stay. The location was perfect, very central, 10 mins walk to St Peters and Vatican and river. We walked everywhere but it is very close to Metro and buses if needed. The room was just as much as we needed, bed was really comfy, a clean room, good storeage and had great cleaning service when required, the room was well stocked with a mini fridge too, its in a nice building, safe neighbourhood. Local amenities close by if required. The room is on the first floor of the property, with big windows to the main room which were lovely to have open but also blocked noise of restaurants and road in the evening when closed. The TV and WIFI all good, we were able to watch Netflix easily.

There was nothing I didn't like. Just a tip though, I used the big desk in the main room which doubles as a dressing table to do my make up. The mirror above on the wall sits just too high and so I could only see the top of my head. You could use mirror in bathroom but no table there or best lighting.

Mario was very friendly and helpful. Great location and close to metro and Vatican. Cosy room with comfortable bed. Air conditioning working well. Very clean room and property. Instructions were easy to follow. The room had a kettle and selection of teas and coffee. We could leave our bags after check out and pick it up later which was great. Overall very good experience

There was a funny smell in the room at times not sure where it was coming from but it would dissappear with AC on.

Great location for the Vatican. Very quiet street and building. Lots of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. Great instructions from the owner on how to get into the apartment. The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked really well. The bed was really comfortable and our request for extra pillows were immediately met. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Be aware that you have to get your luggage up a flight of stairs before you can access the lift. We managed, but it might be tricky for anyone that has limited mobility or unable to carry bags up stairs.

The room was lovely and the largest we stayed in while visiting Italy. The bathroom was huge compared to the other places we stayed. I appreciated the ease of check-in and the fact it was all online, as we arrived rather late. I loved that the owner left a list of recommended restaurants and bars. We visited Hostaria Costanza and it was our favorite restaurant we tried in Rome. Perhaps most importantly, if your a hot-natured American like myself, the air unit worked properly and allowed you to turn it down quite low. It was the first time I was cool enough to sleep well in 10 days! I highly recommend!

Not a dislike, just a word of caution: The bathroom is raised so you have a small step up. I could see myself stubbing my toe in the middle of the night so I left the mirror light on to be safe.

The room is very comfortable and the owners offer recommendations for restaurants and bars around the area. There are nice options for food around the place. Mostly the entire establishment works in contactless manner: there aren't any staff around except during the daily cleaning hours. But the proprietor Mr Mario is readily available over phone/whatsapp to resolve any issue if one faces any. It is close to the Metro station for connecting to the main city of Rome and is within walking distance from the Vatican, so excellent location for site-seeing.
