The absolute best thing about this hotel is the staff. They were super helpful on numerous occasions. The property is part of a larger building that includes another hotel and some apartments. This hotel is on the top floor which means it has lovely views of the surrounding streets and even the dome of St Peter’s. The downside of being on the top floor is that people who don’t know how to use the elevator often leave a door open meaning you have to walk up six flights of stairs! This isn’t the hotel’s fault and they literally tell you how to close all the doors several times but other guests here just seem clueless. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is also a good size and the shower has good water pressure. We stayed in this location for a conference near the Vatican and it was super convenient for that. It’s also close to metro and bus lines so you can basically get anywhere in Rome from nearby. If you need or want to stay in this area, it’s a great option at a reasonable price.

The elevator situation is a bit frustrating but again not at all the hotel’s fault. Also this hotel is fairly basic in appearance and amenities but its reasonable price reflects that.

What a perfect location! This beautiful hotel set across one floor of a traditional building within walking distance of literally everything, less than 10 minutes from the Vatican which you could see from the front window of your room. There was a quirky metal see through lift, a secure door to the building itself, a secure gate before you enter the street and a secure door to the hotel reception, all via your keycard, which of course is for your room too. The guy on reception was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I’ve ever come across in many years of travel. He was so informative and booked us into a great local restaurant for lunch when we arrived, checked availability and booked us into the Vatican on the fast pass entry for a couple of days later and gave us so many tips and directions to all the other attractions. We walked everywhere. The hotel’s surrounding streets have fantastic local restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, not to mention retail if that’s your bag. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, our twin room had a Chanel theme. The bathroom had mood lighting and an amazing huge shower, there was a mini bar, safe, tv, super comfy beds, aircon, towels+ toiletries. It really was perfect! After long days and nights sightseeing it was so lovely to return to. Thanks so much. Myself and my son and my friend and her son had a wonderful trip to Rome❤️🇮🇹

Nothing to not like!!

We were surprised about how really super this hotel was.Our suite was lovely and very well designed.View from the windows beautifull. The beds are very very comfortable. When we arrived the table was set with sparkling wine and cheese, olives, ham with crackers and water. We found staff very good, all of them spoke good english. They helpt us book tables in restaurants and gave good answer at questions.Breakfast was good too and served in your room!! We saw that the terrace was almost ready which looked like another treat.

Maybe have a list of a few good restaurants as there are soooo many in this neighbourhood and not all good..

I realy liked the old apartment building with an old elevator like a cage:) it was fun for the kids to use it and I like it because I did alot of cardio because of it, as it only can take maximum of 3 to 4 people in :) The room was spacious for my family of 4, clean with a view to an intersting interior courtyard. The position of the building is on a main street, actually a big boulevard with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, fashion shops nearby. It was a great stay.

We are a couple who came to stay at the boutique hotel on 4/18/2024. We would like to point out that the hotel was clean and pleasant, the staff super helpful and kind. They help with any request or question and always smile. The room is very clean, spacious and tidy. The hotel manager was very nice (!) and when we were waiting for the taxi to take us to the airport she waited with us, offered us coffee and cookies and chatted with us until we left for the taxi. In short, it was perfect :) ♥

This hotel is in a perfect location if you’re looking to tour the Vatican, Castel Sant Angelo etc.. Lots of great shopping around, great restaurants and gelato places, all within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful, hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable with a great view. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing.

The property is situated in a great area. There are many coffee shops and restaurants. Also very close to the metro station and bus station. The staff is very kind, Stefano welcomed us very friendly and offered a lot of information about where we can eat local food and what are the most interesting places to visit. Also, in the morning before checking, Vincente called me to ask if I know how to get from the airport to the hotel and gave me the best option for public transportation.

I have nothing to complain about.

We had a family room and the children got 2 separarte beds, which was great. Vinny the receptionist was great, very accommodating and polite. Cleaning lady too. The hotel is clean and safe. We would be back.

My only issue were the pillows- memory foam isn’t great for everybody, could have done with soft and fluffy pillows to mix.

The location was near the Vatican on a commercial street ( still quiet).Easy access to ATM, the best pastry and coffee across the street, and shopping. Was not close to many of the places of interest. The staff Jason, Vinny and owner went out of their way to help us. We arrived late due to missed connection and without our luggage. They helped smooth a rough beginning to our trip.

No 24 hour staff.

Well located; comfortable beds; super clean including the bedding and the towels- bathrooms were sufficiently spacious. The property seems as if it was recently renovated; everything looked brand new. Good windows that could effectively isolate the noise from outside. Good air conditioning. The staff was nice and kind.

The elevator can only accommodate 3 people and there is only 1 elevator for the building. Not a true negative for us as our kids loved to climb the 6 (tall) floors through the stairs- but people should be aware; specially people with disabilities. Also, the staff leaves at 8.30pm and returns early in the morning- if you need assignments during those times, there is nobody to call.
