Hotel is very nice, located in a beautiful area, near many touristic places. Clean and comfortable room. very nice staff. We had a long trip from USA, we arrived very early and exhausted. Check in was not an issue as John did arrangements for us to check in earlier and we were able to get some rest in our beautiful comfortable room. John was caring and kind.

We booked this place because it included breakfast. I expected to have more than coffee and croissant, maybe some eggs. we had to look for breakfast outside the hotel. It would be nice if before booking we can see information about what breakfast consist of; so travelers wont get disappointed.

During our recent stay in Rome, we had the pleasure of lodging at a delightful accommodation that truly enhanced our experience. The location was exceptional, situated just a short walk from the Vatican, allowing us to explore St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museums with ease. Our host was incredibly gracious, personally serving a delicious breakfast each morning, which was a wonderful start to our days. The room was both clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff demonstrated remarkable flexibility and kindness, always ready to assist with any requests or provide helpful recommendations. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking a memorable stay in Rome.

We really enjoyed the location which was in Prati. It was close to excellent restaurants and shops. Our continental breakfast was really nice with yogurt, toast, egg, prosciutto, cheese, and fresh croissants. We really appreciated the service that John provided for breakfast and for the rooms. We stayed in two rooms: 1) queen bed and two twin beds, 2) queen bed and one twin bed. The rooms were quite clean and spacious. The owner was very responsive by WhatsApp which was helpful with questions of reserving a van from the airport to the room.

The bathrooms had a little bit of a backed-up smell. The toilet and the bathroom were very clean so this is likely from being in an older building. We just tried to keep the bathroom door closed so the smell did not go into the room. The rooms are

I would like to thank John and the other hosts for such a warm welcome. Everyone is smiling and friendly, which creates a unique atmosphere for guests. The breakfast was delicious and varied. You can enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The location is excellent, the area is very beautiful, and everything you need is nearby. Tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away. The room and bathroom are very clean, which is the most important thing. I will definitely come back here again.

Vatican and surroundings in walking distance, great location. Colosseum is rather metro distance, but metro is very close. The room was fine, 6-7 flats managed by them, silent and authentic neighborhood, very very kind staff, helpful and chatty.

The only thing I would change is to have greater variety for breakfast. We could ask for drinks and coffe, but only sweet croissant and donut type pastries are available. A variety of pastries, salty as well, joghurt, muesli, cookies, fruits and other meals would really be great for more then 1 nights stay.

The most important it's a guest house in a good Italian house. With own Italian flavour. I'm very happy that we chose it over a faceless hotel chain. Good location: close to Vatican, but in a quite area. Very friendly and attentive to your requests staff (John is the soul of that place). It was pleasure to talk with him every morning. A lot of food shops, caffe and restaurants in the walking distance.

The cutlery are locked after the breakfast. If you forgot to ask John to leave a knife for you, no way to slice a watermelon or whatever. I don't understand why not to leave it for guests use 24/7.

Location. Close to the Vatican. First time we went there, about 9:30 on a Tuesday the queue went all the way around the square so we decided to visit the St Peters church on another day and went to the catacombs of San Callisto instead and then the Caracalla thermal baths. We made another attempt to visit the St Peters church on Wednesday afternoon at 4.30 pm and waited in line for about 15 min before we could enter the church. We also went to see the Vatican by night which I really recommend. There are a lot of nice restaurants, coffeeshops and ice cream bars in the neighborhood and lot of supermarkets as well. Very close to the Metrostation Lepanto (the Ottaviano station is closed until December I think) also the Spagna station is closed due to renovation. We bought a seven day metro/bus card for 24 Euro and we made use of it even though we only stayed for 5 days. Nice to just walk around in Prati. Clean and safe. John was very friendly, helpful and serviceminded. Loved the breakfast croissant!

The room was smaller than it looked online and it wasn't particularly cosy but it was clean and felt safe and the building itself gave an authentic Roman city vibe with a portier downstairs and his Dachshund!

The location was excellent for The Vatican. Nice area to walk around. As much tea and coffee as you needed for breakfast. Very clean. Lovely bathroom. Fantastic shower. Mini fridge. John, our breakfast host, was fantastic!

Location was on the other side of the river for most things. However, it was all walkable. Breakfast was very basic. No drink facilities during the day. I think you could use the kettle and cups in the kitchen but no access to the fridge for milk. We did have a mini fridge in our room though. We thought we booked the corner room with the double aspect windows as shown in their main picture but we got a smaller room with one window. We were very disappointed at first about that

This hotel is conveniently located to access attractions or transport to and from the airport. There were a number of restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. There is a church close to the hotel and the Sunday market was also a short walk from the place. Giorgia's instructions for checking in was very clear. Andreas was friendly and helpful on the phone when we were looking for the bus shuttle to the hotel - especially as we arrived in Rome in the evening and checked in quite late. John was welcoming and very helpful providing breakfast and assistance or ideas we needed regarding local tours and taxi services. Overall, our stay at Quiriti Vatican Relais made our short trip to Rome extra special. Thank you!

The staff was very attentive and helpful. They set up the driver from the airport and back. They had the most wonderful staff member on site in the mornings to set up coffee and breakfast treats and clean. He was very caring and personable. There are about 7 suites in the unit and one breakfast room. The internet was good. Each room has a mini fridge and you can use the microwave and coffee machine in the kitchen. The location is in a residential area of the city. It was within a 20 min walk to the vatican, to the subway, the meeting spot where all of our bus tours start and from old town Rome. We could not have been happier. It made a very safe stay for myself and my twin nieces. Perfect for our needs.

A bit smaller and less luxurious than the photos show. But still very nice, clean and comfortable.
