Great location, easy access from Lepanto Metro to all Rome, easy walk to Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo and beyond. Lovely safe neighbourhood with good selection of restaurants, cafés and bars. Room was exactly as the pictures show, spotless, smelled fresh, quiet and great ac. Matteo is a great host, very professional, friendly and welcoming. He made contact before and during the day of travel ensuring check-in was quick and hassle free. We truly found a gem in Rome and look forward to our return.

Matteo and his wife were super helpful throughout our trip. The location is a 15 minute walk from the Vatican and other areas are easily walkable. The apartment clean, comfortable and safe. It is not fancy, but excellent value for the location. They supplied coffee and tea and umbrellas for when rain was expected. There is an elevator up to the 3rd floor and the air conditioning works well for warm days. Everything was super clean and is cleaned daily

I didn’t realize that the kitchen area was communal when I booked. This did not cause any issues with us but good to be aware of this. You have your own bedroom/bathroom only

This B&B is situated in a quiet area but very accessible to a lot of places including the train. It’s just a walking distance to Lepanto Station. Has a lot of good restaurants around. (Must try Mattheo’s restaurant recommendations too) The whole facility is very tidy and cozy. Bed is comfortable with clean sheets and extra pillows too. For me it feels like the host is treating the place as if it’s his own house. We’re happy that the AC and the ventilation is working well specially it is summer and it’s too hot and humid outside. Bathroom is spacious and to our surprise, it has a bidet :). They’re having a pantry area where you can sit and they have the facilities for coffee and lot of tea variety. Mattheo is very organized and responsive to my queries before and during our stay. He is constantly checking and have guided us from the train station until we reach the B&B. Hassle free check-in. The building has a lift, to our relief as we’re having big luggages with us. The breakfast that was being served at the nearby cafe is good as well. Though you need to walk few meters to get there, it’s a nice walk since the surroundings and the area is relaxing, safe and quiet compared to the other tourist area of Rome. It was a nice stay specially after a hectic day roaming around the city. We had a great time in Rome because of Inside Roma and I highly recommend it.

Location great. Easy to use very cheap metro and bus passes to get all around Rome. Able to walk easily to the Vatican. Nice neighbourhood with good, friendly restaurants all around and a local bar that was full of character. Facilities very clean and comfortable with owners on the phone to respond to any questions. Great, relaxing stay. Rome and the people lovely!

Me and my son had a gorgeous stay here. We had a little accident in the room and with a short phone call to the owner, it was all sorted. He was so kind and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless. It has a gorgeous restaurant next door. The whole place smells fresh and the air conditioning is perfect. I am so grateful for this stay. Brilliant accommodation.

I had an amazing Stay at inside rooms. I was solo travelling and had the single bed room, the room was absolutely huge. I didn't imagine it to be this big. It was so roomy, so comfy, bed was amazing. Everything was so clean, and the owner and his wife were incredibly caring. The hotel is very close to a Metro station, and close to vatican city and castel san angelo. The street is quiet and i felt comfortable coming back late at night after a concert at Stadio Olimpico. The property is very secured. I had an amazing time and would definitely come back if in Rome again. Wifi was very fast too.

Was good value for money, check in was nice and easy, close to the metro, but walking distance to main tourist sites, room very clean and refreshed daily, bed comfortable, lovely hot shower, Matteo is very helpful and nice, and the breakfast at the local cafe was delizioso. Pistachio croissant and coffee!

A little tricky to find from Google maps. We asked at the Aureamed (Inside Roma rooms was just the next door along).

The room and bathroom were clean and very comfortable. Matteo was very friendly and even recommended us nearby places to eat at! Location was great, not too busy but also close by to Vatican City. We had a lot of destinations planned on our third day, extremely tired of walking but we were so happy to come back to our room all tidied up. Hope to visit Rome again soon.

All was perfect! The Room was very clean and quite . Bed super comfortable! and the owner Matteo was very nice and helpful for everything we needed ! He provided for us all informations and also helped for tickets to visit the Colosseum and fori imperiali, which were inpossible at that time to be found because everything was sold out. The area around is so beautiful and quite. And its only 10mins by walk to San Pietro and few mins to the underground Lepanto, so you can reach every place to visit in easy way ! Shops and restaurants are also close. I will be back here again for sure and high recommend it!

I loved every second of my stay in Inside Roma rooms. Everything was perfect. Firstly, the owner had to wait hours for me as I got the wrong train, and on reflection I realise that must have been really inconvenient. But Mateus waited patiently and helped me find my way. He was so organised, and had everything that I needed - for example, an adapter plug. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage while I explored Rome on the last day, and that there was an expresso machine to use. I loved my room. It was simple, clean, and looked over a courtyard where ordinary life in Rome played out. I loved the huge doors outside the building, and marble staircases within. I was so curious about the other residents in the building. One room had a name plaque that mentioned Contessa someone or other.. had been quite nervous about travelling alone to Rome and I felt that Mateus and his wife had my back for my brief stay.
