Amazing location and breakfasts

A bit old and used furniture

We had a great stay, our rooms were newly decorated and they were cleaned everyday. The location is great, close to the tourist attractions. We were very happy with the host who helped to keep our luggage and called airport taxi.

Very welcoming front desk! So helpful and service-minded. Sweet staff at breakfast. The view from the breakfast terrasse is spectacular! Clean room. Good air con. Even though my room was very small it was certainly well equipped. Location - very close to the Lepanto metro station which make the hotel easy accessible. Prati is a nice quiet area of Rome,

There was a mini bar but no glasses! I would have loved the option to have a coffee during the day, after breakfast (I didn't ask for it and most probably the frontdesk would have offered to get me one!) Breakfast could have been offering more fruits and vegetables, part from that breakfast was good.

The first thing that I have to mention is the staff, they were very friendly and very gentle, even though the room did not meet my expectation in the beginning that I will explain later, they still tried to be understanding even though there was no solution. after check out they let us leave our luggage and they perfectly kept it even though I was a bit nervous (it's normal when u leave keepall 55 :) ) the breakfast was good and the view on the rooftop was amazing. the location was also good, nice zone.

The problem was the fact that the room did not match the picture. we were a couple but I booked a triple room because I saw the pictures and booked a room with double bed and sofa, it was important for me to have a sofa in the room and that is why I paid more and took a triple room, chose the room and also had a pictures of what kind of room I was going to have and when I arrived it came out that there was no sofa, just a normal third bed, which I did not need and could not use, we were in two... after that the main problem was the bed. it was not a double bed, there were two single beds connected to each other so as a couple we were dealing with constant gap between beds :). other than those two issues everything was nice.

Our room (nr 31) was in a dependance building located at the Via Enzio 9, two blocks away from the main building. They own a section of the 3rd floor which is accessible by elevator. The rooms are modern and equipped with airconditioning. They were cleaned on a daily basis by the staff, who did a stellar job. One morning we put our washed clothes from the lavanderia on the bed to let them dry out a bit further. We put them on the bed in a way to signal to the cleaners that they didn’t have to bother making up the bed. We wouldn’t mind if the bed stayed messy when we arrived back. But when we arrived back at the room in the evening, the cleaners made the bed anyway and put the clothes back in the exact same position. This indicates a high level of service and hospitality to us so we really appreciated the gesture from the staff.

The bathroom was nice and modern, however the shower head could only be positioned vertically on the wall so that the water stream came out horizontally; A minor inconvenience. There is shower gel and shampoo provided in pumps tied to the shower wall. However, we would also appreciate a little plateau to put our own shower supplies on. This was not present. All in all, these are minor inconveniences as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The B Place hotel.

Everything was great! Our room was clean, on the smaller side, but totally enough for a few nights stay and even had a balcony! The breakfast buffet was totally enough for a solid breakfast with a variety of products. The reception staff was friendly, the cleaning stuff thoughrough and discreet. The hotel is in an incredlibly good location if you're looking to experience the city. We came for a concert at the Stadio Olimpico and were able to walk by foot there (45 minutes). Originally we planned to go by bus, but the Stadium turned out to be a nightmare to reach by public transport on concert day. On the other hand, the hotel is in perfect location with walking distance to many main attractions in Rome or with a short trip on the 87 bus to reach the city center. I was really surprised how well the location worked out and how pleasant the stay was. An absolute 10 for this price.

For vegetarians/vegans the breakfast buffet might come out a bit short

Very charming place in an old building. I stayed in the extra house a few steps away but that was actually really charming as you get your own keys to the building. Great location with a lot of busses around, bars and restaurants. By foot you can reach a lot of touristy locations. Nice modern room with a small fridge.

Bathroom hat it's challenges. A) Unfortunately nearly no storage space and as a women I need to place my stuff somewhere so I put it on the limited amount of space at the sink but that had no sink plug so I was always worried something might fall in.. Not ideal. As well the shower hat not really a proper shower holder so I had to shower with with one arm. Which was okay but if I would have needed to wash my hair it would have been a real challenge. But bathroom was nice roomy and had proper lightning.

Polite and professional staff. Helpful and brighten up your day. Comprehensive breakfast choices, even chia seeds are provided. Clean, not a speck of dust in sight. New towels everyday. Daily room cleaning. Love it.

I wish for a normal showerhead, preferably detachable, the rainwater showerhead is a bit overwhelming. I also wish for a toilet roll holder, so I don't need to pick up the whole roll and take paper that way.

The hotel was at a convenient location, less than 3min from metro station, but also at walking distance from most important locations (20-40´). Very clean room and towels changed every day, receptionists polite and the whole hotel quiet! Breakfast was fantastic, at the roof garden enjoying the sky. Truth is we took a risk at that, since photos of breakfast werent quite clear, but reality was a bonus surprise...in variety and quantity! Great coffee choices as well, plus smiling and kind employee every morning. We enjoyed the pretty paintings in all hallways, gave an artistic atmosphere to our stay. Even got comfy slippers as welcoming gift!

Excellent location. The room was clean but quite basic. We did not stay at the main building so pictures on the website are quite different from the actual room we stayed at. Very quiet, nice and secure neighbourhood. I was travelling with my mom, we had late arrival and left at 4 am. We felt quite comfortable and secure walking a few blocks in the dark to the airport shuttle bus station.

I was cold during the first night and I couldn’t sleep. There was only a sheet to cover. No blankets in the room. The air conditioning was working most of the time. Extremely dirty. Junks of dirt were flying out of it. The light fixture was also dusty.
