Room was smelling fresh and exceptionally clean. Soaps were good quality, fresh towels were supplied and room was made up and cleaned daily. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast was not supplied or I didn't use which is no problem as many coffee shops within walking distance. Metro was short walk down the street. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Room had a window and street view. Felt safe with the security of the facility/ guesthouse. Residence was quiet and there was a lift to use with heavy luggage. Perfect walking distance to all Roman sights

The WIFI was very poor.

I found the host to be very prompt in their replies, which was greatly appreciated. The check-in can be done at any time, but for the check-out you have to be prepared with some cash to leave for the tourist tax if leaving outside the mentioned interval. The room was clean, especially the bathroom. I found the cleaning staff to be very kind and friendly. I did enjoy the neighbourhood and the proximity of the downtown, as well as the Vatican.

The building is a bit noisy at night and in the workday mornings, due to the traffic. Also, the walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint.

The staff were fantastic; easy to reach and always shared info on time. The location is super convenient with the metro nearby, plus there are some great restaurants in the area. Perfect spot for a short stay

My room faced the courtyard, but there was a constant hum from an AC unit or something nearby. I usually prefer sleeping with the window open, but had to keep it closed this time. Next time, I’ll request a room on the other side, because it’s a great place overall!

The location was superb for our trip and I’d pick this neighbourhood again. The room has all necessary amenities. It was spotless and cleaned daily while we were out. There is a coffee machine free of charge for the guests which was very nice, but also kettles and water in the room. The staff was helpful and smiley.

Our room was facing the main street which was loud due to cars driving at night. Next time I would ask for a room from the quieter side.

New and very clean that is located in an Italian residential. Also passing through in a yard then reachind a historical elevator. A room with historical view. Location was safe and close to Vatican and Old Town. (10-15 min to walk). In addition, it was in front of the metro station.

If the windows are opened, mosquitos can enter the room. However there is a brand new air conditioner to prevent this issue. There is a few steps before reaching the elevator, it might be a bit of challenge for baby strollers.

The location is great, as it right next to Levanto metro station, so you can be anywhere around the city within 15 minutes. The room was clean and the staff was very nice!

The mattress was really bad. It was very soft and if your partner is bigger than you, their weight will keep pulling you in so it was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Amazing location. Very walkable to Vatican City, and less than a Hour walk to other notable parts of the city. Seconds away from Lepanto metro, which enables easy access to Rome Termini (and hence the airports). You are near many nice take away restaurants as well. Perfect size for solo travellers

Very good location, we liked the neighbourhood and it was possible to walk to the centre. Only 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Very nice and kind lady receptionist. No problem with late check-in or leaving the luggage at the guesthouse. Very comfortable bed, air conditioning. Good value for money.

No bedside table on the left side of the bed, few power sockets, to charge more than 1 device at the time is uncomfortable. I slept well, but I must admit that the noise from the street was very loud (cars, hooting, motorbikes…), especially morning rush hours.

Very easy to check in, staff are so friendly and helpful. Clean and well-equipped room, very good value for money. Amazing location stone’s throw from Vatican and Metro station to rest of the city. Able to leave luggage on final day so could explore without bags. Highly recommend!

It was such a nice place. It's really comfortable. Great location! You can walk to so many places. Lots of wonderful restaurants and shops around. Public transport is easily accessible. Can't wait to return! I threw my coin. :)
