Room and bathroom were spotless, air conditioning was excellent and made no noise. Manuela was very friendly and let us leave our lugagge in early. Bed was very comfortable, and the room is in a fantastic location, everywhere is walkable, and if you don't want to walk the Metro station is 200M away and will take you anywhere. Neighborhood is safe to walk around at night and has lots of lovely restaurants. The lady who cleans the rooms (sorry don't know her name) is lovely. We didn't want the room cleaned as it wasn't necessary but she still gave us fresh bottles of water when we were heading out one morning. Wifi is excellent too.

Nothing, everything was great. Sometimes the lift will not come but that is only if someone uses it and doesn't close the doors after them.

The room was quite spacious, well-organized, clean, and cozy, featuring minimalist decor that was pleasing to the eye. The owner was very friendly and kind, offering us a warm welcome. He guided us and recommended places to visit in Rome, even showing us the way. He also suggested restaurants and dishes to try, which led to some wonderful discoveries for us! The residence was quiet and conveniently located in the center of Rome.

We really liked the host, she is very nice and receptive to any needs that we had. The breakfast was great, for 7€ each you get a lot of food that is actually really really good! You also had a lot of different things to choose what do you want to eat.

The only things that we did not like was the window, which opens in the center of the building, everybody cand see you and you can see them:))) , and the size of our apartament was reaaaaly small, from the photos it seemd a little more spacious.

The location is in the lovely neighbourhood of Prati. This location was very accessible by foot to the main things you want to see in Rome (as long as you're happy to get your steps in!). The room was spacious, clean, and modern, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I slept quite well here and with the windows closed, the street noise wasn't very noticeable. The shower had a nice water pressure. Only once did it seem that there wasn't much hot water left in the shower - it was maybe a peak time in the building. We really appreciated having the fridge in the room - this was handy for buying some simple food and drinks for our stay. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay and we would return.

I stayed in October and the air conditioner was essential even then. We had some difficulty getting the AC to work properly, but after some trial and error we managed it and it was fine. Some instructions for the AC remote would've been helpful.

The location is great, close to everything, especially if you have the chance to have a "strike" suring your stay. Franco is very friendly and can offer you good advices for traditional restaurants like "Ai villini" close to the location where you can enjoy traditional food at good prices (not only pizza and pasta).

The breakfeast is not offered in the location, you have to go to 2 bars very closed to the location. If you are not sugar lover it's better not to take breakfeast included beacuse you can eat only sweets. I recommand Pupi di zucchero, people very friendly and nice and it's downstair.

• The building was in a super nice location, so we went majority of the places walking from there, and the ones that we didn’t feel comfortable to walk, the train station is 4 minutes from there, so it’s really easy to go anywhere you wish. • Franco was really helpful, he told us everything we should know about the room, about the location, about the breakfast, and plus he gave us tips about restaurants. •If you gonna check-out and have a late flight, you can keep your bags in his office and come back to pick it up later. •Don’t expect a big breakfast buffet, the breakfast is from a typical Roman Coffee Shop with pastries, sandwich, espresso, cappuccino, fresh orange juice… So you can choose something to eat and something to drink, and they have the best espresso and the best “cornetto” filled with custard cream, so it’s a perfect way to start your day! • On the surroundings you gonna find nice restaurants, Italian snacks, gelato, supermarket, and all sorts of shops. • The room was clean, and every morning about 11am they were cleaning and tiding it again. • It was quiet and perfect to have a good night of sleep, to be ready to explore more the city on the next day.

The water in the shower didn’t have so much pressure, but is nothing that would disturb our stay, because even like this, you can take a proper shower.

The staff was great, allowing us to leave our luggage in the room before the check-in time and inviting us to do so even after our check-out if needed. The room was nice and clean with plenty of natural light, with the needed amenities and as described on the description of the property. The location was great because everything was accessible by walking or using the public transportation. Lepanto Metro station was 3 min away and the bus stop to go to different central sites was just downstairs. Or you could also walk because many of the sites were within walking distance.

Not necessarily a con, but it would be nice to have a pair of disposable slippers in the room.

The location of the room was excellent, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Plus, we found walking to all the historical monuments easy enough (but always take care of the busy roads around this area, use the pedestrian crossings as much as you can!) We caught the SIT shuttle bus from the airport and back, which made the transfer a cheap and easy alternative to probably a very expensive taxi journey into the City (Tiqets App was a good find for booking tickets). The SIT shuttle bus is easy to find from the airport and the return bus stop is in the drop off road, a few blocks away from this accommodation.

The accommodation was secure, clean and a good location, but, the water pressure was lacking (especially the cold water tap in the wash basin!) The air conditioner may need servicing as it was noisy and inefficient!

The property was fabulous; a smart hotel room within an apartment building setting. The most impeccably clean room I’ve ever stayed in with a warm welcome from Franco who was waiting at the door when we arrived. Already finding excuses to go back! Worth noting that breakfast is not in-house; guests receive vouchers for breakfast at one of two neighbourhood cafes, both a few steps from the apartment building.

Nothing, could not have asked for more.

The room is exactly how it looks on the photos. It is quite big and comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Although it is on a Main Street with bus stop , when you close the windows it is very quiet. The location is perfect, walk distance from every attraction. For those you don’t prefer walking as I mentioned there is a bus stop in front of the property and metro station very close.

The only thing I would change is the pillows.
