Lucilla and Rosana were amazing hosts! They took care of every detail and gave us excellent information before and during our arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. The common area was always stocked with coffee, fruits, treats. The neighborhood is quite noisy, but when the windows are closed there is nice soundproofing. It is a short walk to Vatican city and the Metro. A perfect stay, we highly recommend it.

A fantastic stay. Great location, about ten minutes walking to Vatican City, and not far from the other attractions in Rome. The room was clean and well furnished. There is a communal area where you can get tea and coffee, and meet other guests. Brilliant communication right from the booking even until after checkout.

A little difficult to find, and google Maps didn’t help with this either - unfortunately, there is no signage other than just a small doorbell. Would have been nice to have had tea and coffee in the room as it was sometimes a little loud with guests making theirs in the early morning!

The location was really great for us. We walked all over the city & found it very easy to come & go. We took a bus from the airport & the drop off point was not too far from the room. We took the bus back to the airport when it was time to fly out & found that it worked out easily (we bought our tickets online the day before). The Metro was not far away either & we took that a couple of times. There are many good restaurants nearby—the bakery was GREAT! Lucilla was very helpful with instructions by email & also on the phone. Emilio met us at the apartment & gave great tips. The room was small, but enough for me & my wife & was super clean, comfortable & quiet.

The location was perfect! Close to the metro - we rode the trains every day, multiple times! The bed was very very comfortable! The staff was awesome! A few odd things, but overall a great place. We would go back!!

The shower is very small. A larger or taller person would struggle in the shower. It was difficult to find. We had the address, but the name is lost in a sea of names and buttons to get in. A bigger sign would be great. A microwave would have been great. We brought some leftovers and then could not warm them up - no stove and no micro was a bummer. The apartment is right above a bar - during the week it closes around 10pm so we were lucky, but The Weeknd it is open late. We are heavy sleepers so it was ok for us, but might be difficult for a family or someone who cannot sleep with noise.

We had a wonderful time in this b&b! We were given apartment-type space, which was very convenient for me and my sister-in-law. The place was very clean, with a lot of light, and we had everything we needed there and more. There were tea and coffee, and fruits, juices and yogurts at the fridge to have breakfast or a snack. The staff was incredibly welcoming and all the instructions were clear and easy. We also left our luggage there for few hours before our train for free. They also provided vouchers for breakfast in a nearby place, which is also cool and thoughtful.

Location - walking distance to almost everything and to the metro. It's also conveniently located to the SIT bus stop which is a direct link from the airport to the city for only 7 euro. Kitchen - We also liked the shared kitchen which gets stocked up with biscuits, sweets, tea and yogurt which you can use for free. Breakfast - The breakfast included at the local bakery is also delicious and prices are very reasonable at the bakery if you want additional things. Host - Thank you to Bori for being a great host and sharing valuable information and a map of city and afcourse a list of all the good restaurants and for frequently checking in on us, even before we landed.

Lucilla was wonderful. She welcomed us in person, and personally showed us the dining area and our room. But more importantly she was always available for any questions. She even helped me order a new mobile hotspot via Amazon that I had left on the plane over. The morning breakfast was perfect and always stocked. the location was great for walking the city.

The bed could be upgraded with a new mattress. Our introduction to the small showers in Rome was underwhelming, but that was not their fault- just a reality.

1. It has a good combination between modern and old facilities. 2. We had an entire apartment and very grateful for that! 3. There is a kitchen with all you need for a stay, including coffee and snacks. 4. The area is not in the centre but very closely, which gives you silence and…at the same time, you are only 10 minutes from the Vatican. 5. Dori was incredible and was supporting in what we were asking for. She was an incredible guest. 6. I felt like at home, safe and confortabile:)

Nothing to complain about. I would go here for my next time in Rome:)

Really great location. So close to the Vatican City and in the heart of Rome without feeling the hustle and bustle of a major European/Touristy city. Special acknowledgement to Bori from B&B who went above and beyond for making us feel welcome. Not only did she leave a special surprise in our bedroom for our honeymoon, she also took the time to show us the best two walking routes in Rome. Additionally, she shared a Google list of all local restaurants she'd recommend. Would highly recommend B&B Domus Quirtum to friends and family for their upcoming trips to Rome.

We had an amazing stay at B&B Domus! Thank you, Lucila, for making our time in Italy so special. Before our arrival, she even bought flowers and placed a sweet message in the room at our son’s request — such a thoughtful touch. She was always quick and helpful with anything we needed, from directions to food recommendations. The breakfast was fantastic, and Lucila’s hospitality made us feel at home. Highly recommended!
