very friendly staff, 24hrs reception and nice modern rooms. The bed was comfy and the TV and WiFi were very good and had no problems connecting our firestick. 6min walk to the metro and could get around very easily. Loved the LED light fixture above the bed for mood lighting!

Don’t think the AC worked properly (although it is still winter so may not be in use yet?) and there was a window high above to the side of the room, which had no curtains or way of covering it. this meant in the morning the room was light and also lacked privacy when walking past it (window wasn’t in view of bed thankfully).

The service provided to us by the Concierge, Francesco, was excellent. He was very friendly and very helpful. We had problems while we were in Rome and he kindly upgraded our room as a gesture which we were very grateful for. The hotel is in a nice area close to the Metro.

Nothing really. The room was a bit bijou but that was probably due to the huge jacuzzi bath in it.

Excellent location, 10-20 minutes to main attractions Room is a bit small, but bathroom was really nice and spacious Staff is rather helpful.. Plenty of Cafe and small restaurants nearby..

It would be nice to have an option for breakfast.. And a coffee corner in the room..Price is rather high..

The hotel is renovated inside, the furnitures are new. they have 24H reception, we could keep there our luggages after we checked out. The hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood, the streets are safe and not busy. it is close to Vatican but not too far from Piazza Navona either. There is hot water in the shower and a mini fridge in the room. I can say it was very good except the some hairs on the bed.

The only thing about the hotel that makes it 8/10 and not 10/10 is that there are some hairs on the blanket and bed. otherwise it is clean.

Clean and safe neighbourhood, a lot of restaurants Around, close to The metro station. Hotel staff was Very nice and helpful. Recomended for this value of money! Best hotel we have stayed in Our etire stay in Italy.

The location is great and hotel staff is really friendly and helpfull. Wi-Fi speed and the Smart TVs with an access to the streaming services such as Amazon Prime (if you are a subscriber) is a plus. Good value for money and a great place if you want to stay in Rome for a couple of nights.

The kettle in the room would be nice, but if you need a morning coffe, you can use a kettle in the kitchen or the vending machine near the reception desk.

the staff is awesome! super friendly and for all questions available! any requests have been solved in a fast matter. the location is also perfect. surrounded by many opportunities for food coffee or any kind of snacks. supermarket not even a minute away, metro station also nearby. the room was a little smaller than pictured but nevertheless enough/good space for three. quiet room.

Super convenient location, 15-20 min walk to Vatican, 25min walk to Fontana di Trevi, 35min to Forum Imperial, 40-45 min walk to Colosseum. surrounded by lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, super clean and recently decorated rooms, friendly staff, highly recommended.

Hotel was very nice and clean, the location was perfect only 7-10 minutes walk to Vatican. The neighborhood was great with a lot of local caffes and restaurants.
