The room was quite clean and well-organized. The hotel location is perfect to walk around main touristic places in Rome. The staff was helpful to spend comfortable stay in the hotel. I totally recommend the hotel

In the first night, sink of the shower was clogged and drained slowly. The staff quickly responded but couldn't solve the problem. We didn't see the same problem again for other nights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, caring and helpful. That made our stay extra special. The room was good for three and it was very clean. Cleaning was done promptly every day. Breakfast was continental and we enjoyed it. Coffee was great. We enjoyed the location very much. Not in a touristic area and many nice restaurants near by and the world's best Ice-cream Shop. Also a lego shop very near by.

The breakfast was missing fruit.

Comfortable and very warm. The receptionist who is also the lady helping on the breakfast is very gentle and friendly. Very safe as the entrance door is most of the time closed.

Not much to say but adding some fresh fruit for breakfast would be top notch.

The location is close to Vatican. The Prati district is clean, not turistic, more locals, and many good places to eat and to drink, good shopping. The staff was very friendly, especially Daniela.

Nothing to mention The hotel is in a building where on different floors there are other hotels as well. Strange business model

The location is excellent, about 10 minutes walk from the Vatican, which was our main reason for visiting Rome. They were able to accommodate a late check in time in the middle of the night, although there were a few minutes where we were nervously waiting outside the building at 4am after we used the buzzer, waiting to be let in. The breakfast was tasty, with an excellent cappuccino, and an assortment of baked goods. They were even able to accommodate us being 15 minutes late for breakfast due to the late arrival the night before, and brought the tray to our door.

When we booked on Booking.com, we accidentally selected one person staying in the room (which had a two person maximum capacity) instead of two. We did end up having to pay an additional fee for the second person, even though when you toggle one or two people on Booking.com, the price doesn't change.

It was of a pleasing appearance and well-designed. Everything necessary was provided. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were courteous and helpful.

The little hand soaps. Perhaps they could provide hand soap, but it doesn't matter.

Although a B&B classification is more suitable, it has a great location. Rooms are new. Their quality and cleaniness is at high standard (hotel quality).

The breakfast is served behind the reception and there's not much space or variety. Nevertheless, waiters make an effort to please you.
