It is a nice hotel with great location,very nice staff. The bed is comfortable and the room is spacious. It is clean and we got good bathroom products.the staff was very helpful and kind

The breakfast should have better bakery and a bit more healthy options.the bakery was very bad unfortunately (especially considering that we were in Italy). It would be good to have more veggies and juices and also proper eggs(not from powder)The hotel was not renovated for a while but it is still very clean but I guess a renovation will be needed in a few years .

Beautiful room with amazing balcony. Fabulous included breakfast on the rooftop terrace. Huge spread with vintage china, gorgeous plants, and fun staff. The lobby and guest terrace were stunning. Friendly staff & the owners dog “Heidi” greeted us each day. 24 hour reception. We were surprised to enjoy watching lots of green parrots in the surrounding trees from our balcony. Very nice part of Rome (Prati) with art neuvo flair.

Our only issue was the safe in the room. It had issued, but they fixed it for us.

Beautiful classic old world furnishings. Gorgeous wood work, marble reception desk and bar counter. Lovely refinished bathroom. Loved the room darkening/sound reducing window shutters! We slept SO well! Quiet residential street with easy subway access, away from the heavily trafficked touristy hubbub. Very clean, well maintained. Thank you for the help carrying our suitcases up and down the front steps. We are in our 60’s and felt as though we were entering an Ivory Merchant movie.

I am not a huge fan of heavily carpeted rooms, they make me feel dusty . However I appreciate them as a sound reducing measure. The front step for our ridiculous amount of luggage; but we were helped as soon as we showed up and as we were leaving.

Beautiful room, very high ceilings give feelings of spaciousness, very comfortable bed, bus and metro for multiple destinations at your door or very close by, very short walk to supermarchet restaurants and other shops, close to Tiber river. The best rooftop garden terrace breakfast. Everything from fresh fruit cereal yoghurts to hit scrambled eggs and bacon and most amazing cakes. Most lovely helpful breakfast attendants too. Reception staff helpful and answered all enquires and phoned taxi for our departure to Termini at the end of our stay. Quiet location away from the busyness of central tourist areas yet still close enough to walk or bus or metro if not walking that much.

Great location in a beautiful residential area of Rome. The hotel is very close to the metro and close to some major attractions of the city. Great breakfast was provided every morning on a beautiful rooftop terrace from which the dome of St. Peter's Basilica was visible. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

The triple room was somewhat small and did not have its own balcony.

What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. This hotel is not near any of the major sights. That was a decision we had made. Hotel is 10 minutes away by car to the sights. It is walkable, but during our stay it was 95-100* F, so walking was not for us. The room was not large but was the typical size of a room in Rome. Parking is free if available when you arrive. We were lucky and were able to get a free spot. Room was very clean. A/C worked well. Breakfast was free on their rooftop terrace. Very typical; cheeses, cold cuts, fresh bread, fruits and yogurts. Staff recommended 2 restaurants that were both excellent, Casio e Pepe which is for mostly locals (excellent pastas and inexpensive) and the other restaurant, L’Eccellenza was probably one of our best meals in the 2 weeks traveling through Italy. Had air conditioning, staff was wonderful and not an expensive meal. Overall, we had a very nice stay.

The hotel is a real gem in Rome.Very authentic and charming.The rooms are big,the breakfast on the balcony is amazing.The ladies attending the breakfast are very polite and happy to make you some nice coffee.The reception gentlemen are simply amazing.Welcoming and helpfull.They arranged our tours and transportation.As I was travelling with parents who doesn't speak any English or Italian they attended them and guided them.Overall the hotel is great experience as is in a very calm area but close to everything.Haidi (the dog) is a great asset to keep the guest happy 🥰

Rooftop terrace for breakfast was delightful. Staff was wonderfully friendly, accommodating, and helpful where you wanted and needed them. Charming century boutique hotel. We walked everywhere from the hotel and found the neighborhood quite safe (no riff raff or sketchy properties).

Shower was cozy. Traffic noise with windows open at night. I our room had a/c it did not work...

Old world Italian hotel. Nice breakfast on the roof terrace. Fantastic guys on Concierge! Lovely dog Heidi. Comfortable bed. Great location. 10-15 minutes walk to Vatican. Literally 50 metres from Lepanto Metro stop.

Small things broken, e.g. sink drain. Bathroom a little cramped but depends on room because my sons’ room was bigger and perfectly fine. Lack of evening catering but ok it’s a small hotel so you go out to eat! Not much to do in the evenings.

Breakfast was simple but very good. The lady serving the breakfast was very nice lady. Location very near metro easy to go anywhere. Price was good compared to other hotels.

Electric kettle should be made available and free for any guest who stays and requested it. It is quite an essential needs for many of us. The TV perhaps can be upgraded.
