The area was really nice and safe and we found it really easy to get back to the hotel at night, the room was small but very clean and had great air conditioning for the hot weather! Check in was smooth and friendly and the room was cleaned daily

The only tiny downside I think was the espresso machine was in the communal area so we had to go out into the hall in our pyjamas to get a morning coffee. Not a huge problem at all, just the only thing that could be better ☺️

The hotel is conveniently located near the underground station, making it extremely easy to access from Stazione Termini. You have lots of cafés and restaurants within walking distance, and the beautiful park of Villa Borghese is nearby. Piazza di Spagna is just a couple of stops away. The street where the hotel is located is quiet. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The room was always maintained in pristine condition and had all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, and there was sufficient space for one person. Excellent value overall. The hosts were very responsive and went out of their way to be helpful.

The walk to the center is manageable, though it might not be ideal on rainy or hot days, or for solo travelers who prefer not to be out after dark. Luckily, there's a metro station and a bus stop close by that make the journey easier.

It’s just like the photo great room and clean. The stuff was coming every day to take care of the bed and the bathroom. Everyone was so polite and cheerful!

The bed was not double as we thought and the quality wasn’t good. Also they gave us the room no1 which was next to the reception area and wasn’t feeling private.

Easy access to walk to the city center. Room, bathroom, linens were clean. There are free options such as coffee and tea.You need to make a reservation in advance for parking. You can change the towels every day for a fee.

The room we stayed in was small. I think the bed size was not standard. It might be a problem for tall people like me. Towels are changed 1 in 3 days. It may be better to change every day. Because the towels you use do not dry. Bathroom slippers are not provided.

The accommodation was perfect – even better than shown in the photos. The location is outstanding: within walking distance of all major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the hosts was excellent; they were friendly and helpful with anything we needed. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The location is really convenient and provides many transportation options (metro, bus) to the city centre. The neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. The bed is comfortable and the cleaning services are provided daily. Also, the staff is very helpful and kind. Totally recommend it especially for a couple.

It is in the middle of an apartment complex not really a hotel alone so you hear the neighbours a lot especially water going through the pipes or when someone is showering above you

Very good location, good neighbourhood. Reasonably close to all main attractions. Well connected to Termini. The room was modern, clean. Lacks a lot of light since it is located in the basement, but this was known by us in advance.

No toiletries, lack of reception staff at most hours. Good and rapid whatsapp contact but slightly supotimal for luggage storage post handover of keys.

Lovely property. Very clean and tidy. Good location for the city centre and very helpful and friendly staff.

Very nosing in the morning hoovering at early hours and banging around. Only happened on 1 morning so it wouldn’t stop me from staying again.
