It was a lovely stay! The host was amazing and very caring. The space and rooms very clean, nice smell when entering the apartment. Bed was comfortable. It was nice coming back to the apartment after a long day of walking around the city. The room was not very spacious, but most of the time we were outside sightseeing so it was enough and comfortable to have a good rest. Great location, nice neighborhood! Maybe the kettle available to use would be a plus, and a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo and wash items.

The location is excellent! Very close to metro Lepanto, super safe neighbourhood, close to very good bars and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and quite spacious for 2 people. We had room 35, and the bathroom was not moldy. I really appreciated finding the hairdryer with a diffuser for curly hair. I would really recommend this place, the price is extremely competitive for the Prati neighbourhood

Very small details: the pillows were not the best, and we ran out of shower gel the day before leaving (in fairness, I forgot to ask for a replacement).

Franscesca is an amazing, warm hearted person. She opened the doors of NEW PARADISE as if it was her house. The National team of Greece in Sportslefesaving stayed in NEW PARADISE and we are all speechless about the hospitality and the positive vibe that we all received. There so many things that can be said about the facilities but let's just say that it is situated in an ideal location with all the comforts that you should expect. NEW PARADISE has our stamp of approval.

The location is perfect. Extremely close to a metro stop, surrounded by great restaurants, and at the same time felt like we were in a "normal" part of Rome (ie not tourist-focused). I felt safe walking outside at any time of day. This was a wonderful and very convenient place for my family to stay for our Rome vacation. Francesca, the owner, was so kind and helpful throughout our stay.

It's honestly hard to come up with anything serious to write here. The shower didn't really have any convenient shelves? The pillows were too big and firm for my taste (but may be great for someone else's)?

The lady that received was fantastic but the room was not valued for the money. The room was very small and the air condition was making noise and i couldn't sleep well. even the next day i stayed out all day in order have my peace. lastly the space in the room was very very little for the money paid.

Room is really small and bed is small, It's a pity that the facility does not have a kitchenette to prepare your own meals

The location is perfect! More than expected. 5 mins from Popolo, 10 mind from Vatican. We can walk everywhere really fast and easy. Francesca is an amazing host, really helpful. There are many great restaurants near to the property like Tacito, Giacomelli. The size of the room was enough for two person, the bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable. After all, we were really satified with this property and highly recommend.

Great hotel and even lovelier staff! The room was perfect for us since we spent most of the day outside and just came back to rest. The place was clean, and the bathroom was decorated nicely as well. AC worked perfectly. There is no place to store or heat up food, so don't expect to do so here. There were vending machines in the small office space, so if you need water, coffee, or a snack during late hours, you have that option! There is a water fountain across the street, so we would always have the chance to fill up on our way out and on our way back.

We were not able to use the wifi at all, so I had to use my limited data to respond to send documents, do video calls, etc. Also, the water in the shower did not draining well, but that can very easily be fixed.

Everything was perfect. It’s near to metro station. The room was clean, huge and bright. There were enough socket to charge your phone, blow dryer and etc.. There is balcony in the room and it’s a plus for us. The host was very friendly and accommodating. There is vending machine for drinks. They don’t have keys on the apartment, instead you have use your phone to open it. It’s all automated. Over all we like our stay and we will definitely come back!

The closeness to the main attractions in Rome (all within walking distance),, the nice neighbourhood and the fair price. The staff was very kind, cheerful and attentive.

The humidity in the room could be lower. A few cups or glasses would also be nice to have in the room.
