Good location, close to both bus and metro stops, making it easy to reach the city center quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, with an excellent restaurant just across the street. There are also shops and cafés nearby. The room is compact but well-equipped (towels, shampoo, mineral water, smart TV, etc.). It's on the second floor, but there's an elevator.

For older guests, the process might be a bit complicated (online check-in, paying taxes, paying for the room on booking, clicking on a link, and using a phone to open the doors). However, they provide detailed instructions in both Italian and English, and there's also a video explaining the entry process. It's not difficult at all, you just need to follow the steps carefully.

A part of the door frame was just placed behind the door At the day of checking in, the guy at the reception could've been a bit friendlier, he was sitting in front of the computer, not handing me the keys but telling me he sent me an email with the code to open the safe for the keys

Nice location close to a historical center (20-60 min walking depending on the place, also with a good metro/bus communication). Many bars and trattorias, restaurants near B&B that serve much better and cheaper food than in a turistic city center. Clean rooms with a basic equipment. Helpful staff.

It would be nice to establish a joint space (for instance in ex-breakfast room) with coffee machine/kettle and tea, plates and tables. Link-entry is stresfull as without batery in your mobile you have no possibility to enter the facility.

The place was nice and cozy. The staff was great and willing to help. The rooms were clean and spacious with high ceilings. The Wi-Fi was good. The window is awesome, so is the view.

The check in system is not ideal. You have to message your expected time of arrival, then go through some links and pay the city tax. I missed the message from the staff about the checkout, which is totally my fault, but the system itself is not great either. The room basically has only a bed, no chair or a sofa. The workplace is not very comfortable for work. We booked a place with a balcony, and there was none (apparently, the room with a balcony was booked before us). The breakfast is Italian-style with a voucher system in a nearby cafe. You get a sandwich, a coffee, and water. If you're into your food, you won't be satisfied with the breakfast there. But that's Italy! :)

- No water kettle, drinking glasses, and cutlery sets. If you want to buy some food from the supermarkets nearby and eat them in your room, it will be almost impossible. - The actual room looks different from the pictures on Booking.com. Not every room comes with a balcony, a big window and a nice city view. - The bed could be cleaner. My skin got a little itchy sleeping in it.

Location near the Metro a couple of blocks you have good restaurants and night life 20 minutes walk you are at the front of the Vatican in a nice and safe neighborhood

I cannot give it an excellent just because the towels, they need an upgrade, bit old and thin. If you are not very good tech savvy, it could be a bit intimidating, how to open the building door and apartment door, unce you see the video it becomes easy. You need to check in at 3 pm which I think the building and apartment door did not work for us

Convenient location, walking distance from Lepanto metro station and several bus stations, nice neighborhood with typical Italian cafe nearby. Very safe and clean, nice room design. Staff were very prompt and helpful and particularly careful about their guests.

This is self check-in/out hotel. You need to register and fill-in your personal data before arrival on external web portal and then you get further instructions via e-mail. This procedure did not work well for me, but support helped me out.

We had a lovely stay, the B&B was perfectly located for both walking and public transport. The room was exceptionally cleaned, both before our arrival and daily. Checkin was very simple and appreciated for its simplicity and flexibility. I will gladly stay again for my next visit to Rome. Thank you

The rooms were modern and comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It was located well and the instructions for the self check in were clear and easy to follow.

There was daily housekeeping but towels weren’t changed and no new toilet roll was provided which would have been nice.
