Lisa the host was great. Despite not speaking English she was very helpful...and smiley! Cosy room, air conditioned, good breakfast in the morning, nice clean toilet.

This is not a problem with the room itself, but you do need to keep in mind that the location is just outside the main tourist attractions so you will need to commute The train station is a five-minute walk, with no luggage. It is a longer walk with luggage.

It is lovely room in the apartment building. It is not too big, but has nice terrace with garden view. Breakfast is served in the room, and that is a little uncomfortable. The host are great and communication very efficient. Neighborhood is great with nice restaurants. Bus transportation is very convenient to all part of the city.

The price level is a little bit high for relatively small room.

The breakfast was very tasty and filling. I enjoyed having a balcony facing the courtyard and being able to eat breakfast out there. The location was pretty convenient, near many bus stops and a 12-minute walk to the metro. Both the host and the assistant on the property were very kind and attentive. An iron is available if you ask, and there is a safe.

Since I am a foreigner, the bathroom took a little bit of getting used to, but was nice overall. It was hard to prevent the water from the shower from spilling out onto the bathroom floor.

The building is old, but with a lot of character and a beautiful internal garden. The apartment was refurbished, so it is quite new and comfortable. Location is good, within walking distance to the Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo. There are a few restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket. Metro is not far. Breakfast (quite light) is served in the room.

The shower is terrible, with very low water pressure and the hot water is available for less than 2 minutes. The toilet seat was loose. Other than this, everything else is fine.

I can recommend this property. It was really nice to stay there. Room, bathroom and lobby was clean. Small balcony with view to the garden was really good. Breakfast was fine. I think this part of Rome is best for stay. Close to the centre but so quiet and clean. Again, I can absolutely recommend! And thank you, specially to Marco.

Nice room with an AC, balcony and amazing backyard. Breakfast was good for the value. The housekeeping lady was very helpful and kind.

for us, perfect location, loved the room and general style and atmosphere of the place, everything was clean and the personell super friendly and relaxed. nice neighbourhood and good restaurants and cafes just around the corner. when back to rome next time, definitely try to get a room from here.

We loved the neighbourhood, it was close to the metro station, and also everything was close to go by foot. For someone who likes nice walks, u can see how Italians live, and explore Rome a little bit deeper. Everything was so clean, we really loved our place and we enjoyed every second of our stay there.

The host is lovely. We liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but close to a metro station. Lovely and quiet with a nice view from the balcony.

Bathroom smelt very bad after showering each say

Clean, simple and comfortable rooms. Near Lepanto train station which is very handy as it’s about a 40min leisurely walk from the Trevi fountain area. Great location if you want to visit the Vatican. There’s a couple of lovely local restaurants nearby serving traditional Roman fare.
