From the moment we booked our stay, Cristina was incredibly helpful. She answered so many questions on WhatsApp, booked our transfer from the airport and provided excellent instructions for our arrival. The B&B was in an excellent location, walking distance (6 minutes) to 2 central metro stations and around 15 minutes to the Vatican City. The room was clean, comfortable and the balcony was amazing with great views of Rome! The communal kitchen has freshly baked cakes and coffee, tea, and water. With facilities to cook food too, if you wanted. I couldn’t recommend this B&B enough, above and beyond anywhere I have ever stayed before. Thank you again Cristina and Gio!!

We really loved this place for many reasons. Firstly, the welcome . Giorgio was there on our arrival and gave us perfect information about the accommodation and surroundings. The room was spotlessly clean and the bathroom spacious in comparison to similar places we have stayed in within this price range. We booked a room with a balcony and that was great as we could have our breakfast there which we appreciated.. Location is top as you will find yourself on a relatively quiet street but in the heart of Romes Vaticano Prati area with short walking distances to the Vatican and the San Pietro Metro. We will definitely return on our next visit and thanks again to Giorgio and Christine for making us feel so welcome. On the safety side which is important for many travellers have no worries as there is a concierge at ground floor and the rooms are within an appartment area on the fifth floor with a lft and separate entrance.. The fact we had to leave.........

The property can be found close to the metro station, which was very handy as we travelled by train. From there it takes around 20 minutes to walk to the Vatican City. The district is also safe, so I highly recommend this place due to its location. We also found some nice restaurants nearby. The apartment is well-equipped and spacious: we were travelling with two big suitcases and we had still enough space to move around in the room. The communication with the host went smoothly. All in all we had a very pleasant stay here.

Very good location close to the Vatican and several good restaurants and bakery around. The beds are very comfy and it is so lovely to be able to enjoy your cup of Coffee /tea in the balcony..the neighborhood is quiet and safe. I definitely come back and a special thanks to Cristina for a last minute airport transfer booking and to Ms Eden for her kindness and wonderful room cleaning.

Thank you for the simple, peaceful accommodation. After a pleasant day wandering around Rome, we only stayed overnight at your place, but we really enjoyed it. We got everything we needed. We will gladly recommend the accommodation to our friends and come back ourselves.

Replace the shower faucet. The water temperature when showering may fluctuate a bit too much.

In a word, everything. Very clean room and comfortable bed, plenty of space and a nice terrace. Very good coffee and delicious breakfast every morning. Also, the location is fantastic, close to Vatican and with a lot of transportation options around (metro, bus, tram) but suitable for walking too, it takes only 30 min to reach Piazza del Popolo by foot. On top of it, the kindness of Georgio, his willingness to help and share vacation tips with us was by far the best part. We love Rome and we had the chance to explore new places in the city, find some hidden gems and wander on tiny beautiful streets. Can't wait to visit again, it was a delight.

Very nice place to stay. Great, friendly and helpful hosts. Giorgio, Cristina and Eden were super nice and did everything to make us happy and satisfied with our stay. In kitchen there was always lot of food available. Free coffee, tea as well. Lokality was ideal - close to Vatican and Lepanto metro station.

A bit noisier because walls and doors are thin. Also we missed wardrobe in room. But for short trips it was not a big problem.

The room is part of a bigger apartment, nicely furnished, the building itself and the neighbourhood are beautiful and close to the city center. You can easily reach the most important landmarks by walking. We only used the metro to Termini when we arrived/left Rome. The host was very friendly and welcoming; Giorgio gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants near the apartment. The complementary coffee, water and sweets were a great addition to the stay.

We only stayed for 2 nights, the accomodation was perfect.

It was very accesable, clean and despite our late arrival they organized everything for us. The breakfast was more than enough: good cakes, croassiants and pretty good good POD coffe.

Nothing, I can just say one thing: if you coming by car you have a challenge to find one in this district.

Room was cute and in a decent location, 5 minutes walk to a metro station. Check in was simple and we were late so we were kindly given the opportunity to self check in. Bed was very comfortable

No counter space in the bathroom so nowhere to put toiletries while you get ready.
